A display includes first and second pixel devices. The first pixel device includes a first control circuit and a first light emitting circuit. The first control circuit generates a first light emitting signal according to a first clock signal and a data signal during a first period. The first light emitting circuit emits light according to the first light emitting signal during second and third periods. The second pixel device includes a second control circuit and a second light emitting circuit. The second control circuit generates a second light emitting signal according to a second clock signal and the data signal during the second period. The second light emitting circuit is coupled to the second control circuit and emits light according to the second light emitting signal during the third period. The first period to the third period are arranged continuously in order.

Display with pixel devices emitting light simultaneously

An illumination module including a light emitting unit and a first liquid crystal lens is provided. The light emitting unit emits illumination light. The first liquid crystal lens is arranged corresponding to the light emitting unit and receives the illumination light. The first liquid crystal lens is configured to converge, diverge or deflect the illumination light. An illumination device, a vehicle, and a driving method for the illumination device are also provided.

A display panel includes a substrate and a plurality of display dies. The display die is disposed on the substrate and includes a first source pad, a second source pad, a first common pad, a second common pad, a first gate pad, a second gate pad, a first transistor, a first LED, and a second LED. The first and second source pads are respectively disposed on the first and second sides of a circuit region. The first common pad and the first gate pad are disposed on the third side of the circuit region. The second common pad and the second gate pad are disposed on the fourth side of the circuit region. The first transistor is electrically connected to the first gate pad and the first common pad. The first and second LEDs are electrically connected between the first source pad and the first transistor.

Packaging method and wafer structures are described. A semiconductor wafer having dies, scribe streets surrounding the dies and between the dies and test pads in the scribe streets is provided. Wafer testing is performed to the semiconductor wafer through the test pads. A laser grooving process is performed to the semiconductor wafer along the scribe streets and the test pads in the scribe streets are removed to form laser scanned regions in the scribe streets. A mechanical dicing process is performed cutting through the semiconductor wafer along the scribe streets to singulate the dies. The singulated dies are packaged.

Wafer structure and packaging method

Methods are disclosed of forming and removing a reacted layer on a surface of a recess to provide mechanisms for improving thickness uniformity of a semiconductor material formed in the recess. The improved thickness uniformity in turn improves the uniformity of device performance.

Reacted layer for improving thickness uniformity of strained structures

A wind turbine has a housing, multiple cross-flow fan assemblies, a turbine generator assembly, an air guide and multiple wind-driven fans. The housing has a chamber having top and bottom openings. The cross-flow fan assemblies are mounted on the housing and each has a casing, a cross-flow fan blade and a transmission shaft. The cross-fan blade rotates to provide airflow to the chamber. The turbine generator assembly is mounted in the chamber and has a generator, a generator shaft mounted on the generator and a turbine blade mounted on the generator shaft and driven by the airflow to activate the generator. The air guide is mounted on the transmission shafts and guides airflow outwards. The wind-driven fans are mounted respectively on the transmission shafts and are driven by outward airflow. The wind turbine derives energy from the airflow exiting out of the wind turbine for improved energy extraction efficiency.
