A lens assembly and test apparatus includes a bearing tray, a controller, a lens eccentricity detection system, a lens assembly device, a dispensing device and a resolution detection device. The bearing tray includes a mechanical arm. The lens eccentricity detection system, the lens assembly device, the dispensing device and the resolution detection device are arranged along the edge of the bearing tray. The controller is configured to control the bearing tray and the mechanical arm, and make the mechanical arm grab an optic lens and arrange the optic lens in the lens eccentricity detection system, and the lens assembly device in sequence. The lens eccentricity detection system is configured to detect the optic lens. The lens assembly device is configured to assemble the optic lens into a lens barrel to form a lens module. The dispensing device is configured to cement the lens module.

Lens assembly and test apparatus

A position adjusting device includes a movable mechanical arm, suction, an adjusting mechanism, a bottom plate, a first camera, a second camera, and a processor. The processor controls the movable mechanism arm and the suction to move to a top of the first camera in response to a user operation, switches the first camera from a disabled state to the enabled state, acquires the first image captured by the first camera, and calculates a first angle between the first image and a first predetermined image. The processor adjusts the position of a second element based on the first angle and acquires a second angle between a second image of the second element and a second predetermined image. The processor adjusts the position of the second element until the first angle is the same as the second angle when the first angle is not the same as the second angle.

Position adjusting system and method

An exemplary self-cleaning glue dispensing system includes a support, a dispensing device, a driving device and a number of cleaning devices. The support receives lens modules ready to receive glue. The cleaning devices are located on the support. The dispensing device includes a container and a dispensing needle to output the glue. The driving device manipulates the dispensing device to dispense glue into the lens modules and after a preset number of glue dispensations, the driving device moves the dispensing device into the cleaning device to clean off any residual glue.

Self-cleaning glue dispensing system

A tripod includes a platform, a connecting element, a leg element, and an operation element. The platform includes a bottom surface, and a first bevel gear extending downward from the bottom surface. The connecting element includes an upper end, a lower end opposite to the upper end, and a side surface connected between the upper end and the lower end. The connecting element is connected to a center of the platform, and defines a spherical cavity on the side surface. The leg element is connected to the lower end of the connecting element. The operation element includes a spherical body, a second bevel gear, and an adjustable leg. The spherical body and the adjustable leg respectively connected to two opposite ends of the second bevel gear. The spherical body is rotatably received in the spherical cavity, and the second bevel gear engages with the first bevel gear.

An inspecting system for inspecting a lens module includes an inspection device; and a transmitting and loading device. The transmitting and loading device includes a grasping assembly, a supporting assembly, a sliding assembly loaded on the supporting assembly, and a control unit for controlling the grasping assembly and the sliding assembly. The grasping assembly is configured to clamp the lens module and to load the lens module on the sliding assembly, and the sliding assembly is adapted to transfer the lens module to a testing position of the inspection device.

A lens module includes a lens barrel, a first lens, a second lens, a first opaque adhesive member, and a second opaque adhesive member. The first lens is received in the lens barrel and includes a first image-side surface and a first object-side surface. The second lens is received in the lens barrel and includes a second image-side surface and a second object-side surface. The first opaque adhesive member is coated on the first image-side surface and bonds the first and second lenses together. The first opaque adhesive member absorbs stray light rays passing through a periphery of the first lens. The second opaque adhesive member is coated on the second image-side surface. The second opaque adhesive member absorbs stray light rays passing through a periphery of the second lens.

A stamping apparatus for stamping a shading film includes a stamping head, at least one locking member and a sleeving ring. The sleeving ring defines an axial sleeving hole and includes a stamping portion formed on a distal end thereof and surrounding the axial sleeving hole. The sleeving ring is detachably sleeved on and locked to the stamping head via the at least one locking member. The stamping portion matches with the stamping head for cooperatively stamping the shading film.

A sucking device includes a tubular body and an engaging member. The tubular body includes a through hole and an air distributing portion received in the through hole and engaged with an inner surface of a sidewall of the tubular body. The air distributing portion is arranged adjacent to a distal end of the tubular body, and includes a central air passage and a number of peripheral air passages surrounding the central air passage. The engaging member includes a bottom plate received in the through hole at the distal end and an engaging portion extending from the bottom plate and being insertably engaged in the central air passage. A gap is maintained between a circumferential outer surface of the bottom plate and the inner surface of the tubular sidewall, and the gap is in communication with the through hole through the peripheral air passages.

Sucking device

A system for testing a lens module is provided. The lens module includes a barrel and a lens received in the barrel. The barrel includes a side surface which is parallel to the central axis thereof. The lens includes a smooth flat non-optical surface. The system includes an alignment device, a position detection device, and a processing device. The alignment device includes a leveling unit and an alignment block including an alignment surface for being in contact with and parallel to the side surface. The leveling unit adjusts the alignment surface to be perpendicular to a horizontal plane such that the side surface is perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The position detection device determines the three dimensional coordinates of three non-collinear points on the non-optical surface. The processing device determines whether the non-optical surface is parallel to the horizontal plane according to the coordinates of the three non-collinear points.

System and method for testing lens module

An assembling device for assembling an actuator and a lens module. The actuator includes a first top surface for supporting the lens module and a first bottom surface. The lens module includes a top portion for receiving lens and a bottom portion. The diameter of bottom portion is slightly larger than the top portion. The bottom portion further includes a second first bottom surface in contact with the first top surface. The assembling device includes a base, a support set, and a pressing sheet. The base includes a supporting surface for supporting the first bottom surface. The support set is above the base and defines at least three threaded holes therethrough. The pressing sheet is in contact with the second top surface. The at least three pins are movably threaded with the threaded holes correspondingly and configured for pushing the pressing sheet.

Assembling device for assembling actuator and lens module

A portable electronic device includes a case, a camera lens module, and a support. The case has a lens hole. The camera lens is received in the case and corresponding to the lens hole. The lens hole has a first connection portion. The first connection portion is engaged with a second connection portion of an external device accessory. Therefore, the external device accessory can be configured on the case and work with the camera lens module. The support is connected to the case, and positioned on the periphery of the lens hole. The support is configured for supporting the external device accessory on the case.

Portable electronic device

A lens module includes a lens barrel, a lens mounted to the lens barrel, and an anti-dazzling film received in the lens barrel. The anti-dazzling film defines at least two first postholes. The lens module further includes at least two positioning posts. The positioning posts integrate with the first postholes to secure the anti-dazzling film to the lens barrel.

Lens module

A lens module includes a lens and an opaque plate. The lens is received in the main body, and includes an imaging portion and a non-imaging portion surrounding the imaging portion. An annular flange is extended upward from the image-side surface of the non-imaging portion. The flange and the image-side surface defines a receiving groove. The opaque plate includes a circular opening corresponding to the imaging portion and a lightproof solid body surrounding the opening. The opaque plate is disposed on the image-side surface of non-imaging portion of the lens with the lightproof solid body received in the receiving groove.

A lens module includes a holder, a barrel, a lens, and a focus ring. The barrel is accommodated in the holder and threadedly coupled to the holder. The lens is received in the barrel. The focus ring surrounds and is securely fixed with the barrel. The focus ring is sandwiched between the holder and the barrel. The focus ring has at least two protrusions formed on an outer surface thereof. The at least two protrusions are symmetrical about a center of the focus ring.
