Disclosed are nucleated red blood cell warning devices and methods, and flow cytometers using the same. The devices, methods and flow cytometers can warn whether nucleated red blood cells exist in a blood sample. The warning device may obtain forward-scattered light information, side-scattered light information and fluorescence information when cells in the blood sample pass through a detection region of the flow cytometer. The warning device may generate a side-scattered light-fluorescence dot plot, so as to classify leucocytes into four groups, and may generate a forward-scattered light-fluorescence dot plot, where the forward-scattered light-fluorescence dot plot can include a leucocyte group region. The warning device may obtain a predetermined feature region located at the left side of the leucocyte group region, perform statistics on the amount of characterization cells in the predetermined feature region, and provide a warning when the number of the characterization cells exceeds a threshold value.

Nucleated red blood cell warning method and device, and flow cytometer using the same

The present disclosure relates to the field of medical technology, which provides methods and apparatuses for identifying red blood cells infected by plasmodium. The methods may include: obtaining a forward-scattered light signal, a side-scattered light signal and an optional fluorescence signal from cells in a blood sample; obtaining a first two-dimensional scattergram according to the forward-scattered light signal and the side-scattered light signal, or obtaining a three-dimensional scattergram according to the forward-scattered light signal, the side-scattered light signal and the fluorescence signal; and identifying cells located in a predetermined area of the first two-dimensional scattergram or the three-dimensional scattergram as the red blood cells infected by plasmodium. The apparatuses perform the methods. The methods and apparatuses can have better identification accuracy.

Methods and apparatuses for identifying red blood cells infected by plasmodium

The sound-adsorbing device includes an accommodation housing, sound-absorbing powder filled in the accommodation housing and a separation net sealing the accommodation housing. The speaker box achieves designed acoustic parameters with good acoustic performance.

A memory voltage control circuit includes two slots, a control circuit, a voltage conversion circuit, and a switch circuit. The two slots are able to efficiently process different memory types. The control circuit receives memory identification signals from the two slots. The control circuit administers the output voltage of the voltage conversion circuit according to the memory identification signals. The memory identification signals determine whether the switch circuit is to be turned on or off. This will control whether the output voltage of the voltage conversion circuit will go to the first or the second slot.

An exemplary voltage regulator module (VRM) control circuit includes a VRM providing a plurality of phases, each of the phases connected to a control terminal of a corresponding electric switch; a comparator comprising a non-inverting terminal connected to a first power source and grounded via the electric switches respectively, an inverting terminal connected to a reference voltage, and an output terminal; and a control switch connected between an enable terminal of the VRM and ground, the control switch comprising a control terminal connected to the output terminal of the comparator, wherein, if one of the phases of the VRM is lost, the corresponding electric switch is turned off, and a voltage of the non-inverting terminal of the comparator is higher than the reference voltage, the comparator outputs a control signal to the control switch for turning on the control switch, thus turning off the VRM.

Voltage regulator module control circuit

A circuit for controlling rotation speed of a computer fan includes a fan header for connecting to a 4-pin fan or a 3-pin fan, a jumper device, an amplifier, and a controller. The jumper device has a first pin for receiving a controlling signal, and connected to a first power source, a second pin connected to the fan header, and a third pin connected to the first power source. The amplifier has an input terminal connected to the third pin of the jumper device via an integrator. The controller has a first terminal connected to an output terminal of the amplifier, a second terminal connected to a second power source, and a third terminal connected to the fan header and connected to a positive input terminal of the amplifier via a resistor. The first pin of the jumper device is selectively connected to the second or third pin.
