A nonwoven fabric includes a plurality of discontinuous fibers, a plurality of natural keratin fibers, and a plurality of meltblown fibers. The discontinuous fibers, the natural keratin fibers, and the meltblown fibers form a continuous bonding web structure.

Non-woven fabric and method and apparatus of manufacturing the same

An apparatus for fabricating three-dimensional nonwoven fabric structure is disclosed, which includes an adjustable frame, a three-dimensional mold, a rotary shaft connecting the three-dimensional mold and the adjustable frame, and a meltblown device. The three-dimensional mold is rotated relative to the adjustable frame. The meltblown device has plural nozzles for spinning a plurality of fibers, wherein the three-dimensional mold is rotated in front of the nozzles to select the fibers, and a three-dimensional nonwoven fabric structure is formed on the three-dimensional mold.

Apparatus and method for fabricating three-dimensional nonwoven fabric structure

An electric heating textile is provided. The electric heating textile includes an electric heating layer, plural heat-insulating layers and a protective layer. The electric heating layer includes at least one conductive yarn capable of generating heat and plural aromatic polyamide fibers. The heat-insulating layers are under the electric heating layer. The protective layer is on the electric heating layer. A method for manufacturing the electric heating textile is also disclosed in the specification.

Electric heating textile

A heat exchange structure includes at least three wave-shaped non-woven cloth layers. Each wave-shaped non-woven cloth layer has a plurality of crest tops and trough bottoms. Adjacent wave-shaped non-woven cloth layers are interconnected at intersections of crest tops and trough bottoms thereof. Each wave-shaped non-woven cloth layer forms a unique flow channel. When a cool airflow and a hot airflow are respectively introduced into flow channels formed by adjacent wave-shaped non-woven cloth layers, a heat exchange is executed at the wave-shaped non-woven cloth layer between the cool airflow and the hot airflow.

Heat exchange structure

A face mask structure has an upper mask portion, a middle mask portion, and a lower mask portion, which are formed integrally. The upper mask portion has an upper metal stripe disposed at a proper position thereof. The lower mask portion has a lower metal stripe disposed at a proper position thereof. The upper and lower mask portions are folded in opposite directions. When in use, the upper and lower mask portions are spread out to support the middle mask portion. In this way, the face mask structure becomes fitting in with the shapes of human faces. Furthermore, the middle mask portion has multiple folding portions. When in use, the folding portions are stretched out to increase filtering area. Thereby, the inner space of the face mask structure is increased, the air-invasion rate is reduced, and the filtering efficiency is thus improved.
