A miniature air pump includes a motor unit, a valve unit and a compression unit. The compression unit is driven by the motor unit to input or output airflows via the valve unit. The compression unit includes an air chamber module and a linkage rod. The air chamber module includes a plurality of compressible chambers and a plurality of resilient connection members, each resilient connection member is located on each compressible chamber. The linkage rod is connected with the motor unit and includes a central rod and multiple sleeves extending from the central rod. Each sleeve has a side cutout. Each resilient connection members engages each sleeve via the side cutout such that the motor unit drives the air chamber module to be compressed or decompressed to input or output airflows via the valve unit. A longitudinal direction of the side cutout is in parallel with the central rod.

Miniature air pump

A solenoid valve includes a plunger head, an actuating device, a seal sheet and an air tap assembly. The actuating device has a connection member coupled with the plunger head. The seal sheet is disposed on the actuating device. The air tap assembly is secured to the actuating device and has a cavity. The air tap assembly includes a main body, a first and a second tubes. The first tube protrudes from the main body and defines a first through hole. The main body defines a second through hole communicated with the first through hole and the cavity. The second tube defines a third through hole. The main body defines a fourth through hole extended from the third through hole and a fifth through hole extended from the fourth through hole to the cavity. The plunger head is used to seal the second and fifth through holes.

Solenoid valve having air tap structure

A solenoid valve includes a plunger, an actuating device, and an air tap assembly. The plunger is connected to the actuating device. The air tap assembly is secured to the actuating device and has a cavity. The air tap assembly includes a main body, and first and second tubes. The first tube protrudes from the main body and defines a first through hole. The main body defines a second through hole communicated with the first through hole and the cavity. The second tube defines a third through hole. The main body defines a fourth through hole extended from the third through hole and a fifth through hole extended from the fourth through hole to the cavity. The fifth and second through holes are parallel. The plunger head is used to seal the second and fifth through holes.

A pressure relief valve includes an outer frame, a ferromagnetic cylinder, a plastic air faucet, an electrical coil module and a spring. The plastic air faucet has a first end extending through a through hole of the outer frame and a second opposite end extending through a hollow channel of the ferromagnetic cylinder. The electrical coil module is located within the outer frame and has a central passage allowing the ferromagnetic cylinder to be accommodated inside. The ferromagnetic stopper is slidable along the central passage of the electrical coil module, wherein the ferromagnetic stopper has a seal gasket. The spring is located between the air faucet and the ferromagnetic stopper. When the electrical coil module is electrified, the ferromagnetic stopper and the ferromagnetic cylinder attract each other to against the resilient force of the spring to push the seal gasket against the air opening of the air faucet.
