An impact tool having an exchangeable handle structure includes an impact tool main body. A rear-end portion of the impact tool main body forms an engaging portion having two lugs respectively on a top surface and a bottom surface and an annular body on a rear-end surface. Two penetrated portions respectively extend from a top side and a bottom side of the annular body. A left-half part and a right-half part of a front-end portion of a casing cover the lugs and the annular body. A plurality of fixing members respectively passes through the lugs, arm casings formed by the casing, the penetrated portions, and a rear annular casing of the casing. The rear annular casing is connected to a handle having a triggering member. The impact tool main body is detachably engaged with a handle device through the engaging portion.

Impact tool having exchangeable handle structure

A coaxial mid-drive power device of a bicycle includes a reducing structure and a hollow shaft motor engaged with the reducing structure that are disposed in a motor base. An output end of the reducing structure is operatively coupled with a one-way bearing bracket with a sprocket base via a one-way bearing. A crank spindle engaged with the one-way bearing bracket through another one-way bearing penetrates through the motor base. The two one-way bearings respectively have opposite rotation directions and are respectively located on different sides, i.e., an inside and an outside, of the one-way bearing bracket. A strain gauge disposed on the crank spindle is electrically connected to an annular conductive rail assembly engaged with the crank spindle and an elastic sheet assembly on a control circuit board in the motor base, hence the strain gauge could directly obtain a change in a torque of the crank spindle.

An impact wrench includes a front housing and a motor. A transmission mechanism and an impact mechanism are disposed in the front housing. A transmission direction of a force outputted by the motor is changed via the transmission mechanism to drive a working member of the impact mechanism to rotate. A part of the working member is protruded and is exposed outside the front housing. The front housing includes a seat and a covering member which are detachably engaged. The detachable engagement between the seat and the covering member is convenient for a user to maintain an inside of the impact wrench.

A mandrel collector includes a case body and an end plate. The case body has a connecting end for being connected to a rivet gun. The end plate is engaged with the case body and is opposite to the connecting end. The end plate has at least one receiving hole, wherein a hole section of the receiving hole is a hexagonal hole with six walls. The walls include three first walls and three second walls. Each of the first walls is connected between adjacent two of the second walls. The hole section is defined to have a central axis and a reference plane perpendicular to the central axis. On the reference plane, a side length of at least one of the first walls is smaller than side lengths of the second walls. With such design, the receiving hole could receive a head of an adapter and could rotate the adapter as a screwdriver.

An impact drill includes a housing having an accommodation chamber and a through hole extending from the accommodation chamber to the outside space, a driving mechanism mounted in the accommodation chamber and having a transmission shaft positioned in the through hole for providing an output torque and producing an impact force intermittently upon a resistance, the transmission shaft having a polygonal front segment extending out of the accommodation chamber, and a chuck unit, which has a drill chuck that has a connection barrel defining a polygonal coupling hole that is press-fitted onto the polygonal front segment of the transmission shaft and a first bearing mounted on the connection barrel and received in the through hole to secure the drill chuck to the housing.

A battery module includes a top cover and a bottom cover affixed together to accommodate a battery set, which has a conducting terminal device exposed out of the bottom cover for the connection of an external electronic device, and a movable member supported on the top surface of the bottom cover and held in a first position by spring members to block the through holes of the bottom cover and movable from the first position to a second position to open the through holes of the bottom cover for ventilation to dissipate heat when the battery module is connected to an external electronic device.

Battery module for power hand tool

A battery module includes a top cover and a bottom cover affixed together to accommodate a battery set, which has conducting terminals positioned in respective bottom side holes of the bottom cover for the contact of respective metal contacts of a battery charger or power hand tool. A movable member is sleeved onto the battery set inside the bottom cover and held in a first position by spring members to block side holes of the bottom cover and movable from the first position to a second position to open the side holes of the bottom cover for ventilation to dissipate heat upon insertion of the battery module in a battery charger for charging.

An electric power tool includes a planetary gear reduction mechanism, a switch mechanism, an impact mechanism, a hammer mechanism, a torque fixing mechanism, and a torque adjusting mechanism. The switch mechanism includes a driving member, a first driven member, and a second driven member. A switching member is provided on the electric power tool and connected to the driving member to move it, and the driving member may drive the first driven member and the second driven member respectively to start or shut the impact mechanism and the hammer mechanism.

A flashlight includes a main member having top, a bottom, a front and a rear. The main member has a base a head and battery pack, wherein the head is pivoted on the base via a pivot to be flexed to the front. A first light source and a second light source are mounted on the head, wherein the second light source projects light that is substantially to that of the first light source. A hook is provided in a tunnel in the base to be drawn out or pushed into. The first and second light sources and the flexion of the head provide a greater illumination range and a function of adjusting the illuminating direction when it is hung.

A power hand tool includes a housing that houses a motor, a transmission gear set, a torque control mechanism and an impact mechanism. The torque control mechanism has an adjustment device that is movable between a first position and a second position inside the housing by a rotation action to set a predetermined output torque of the power hand tool. The output torque of the power hand tool is at the minimum condition and the adjustment device stops the impact mechanism from working to prevent destruction to the torque setting of the power hand tool when the adjustment device is in the second position.
