A display device adapted to perform in-screen fingerprint identification is provided. The display device includes a plurality of sub-pixel circuits, a plurality of light sensing circuit stages, and a plurality of sensing drive lines. The light sensing circuit stages correspond to the sub-pixel circuits. The sensing drive lines drive the light sensing circuit stages sequentially. In a first time interval, a first sensing drive line among the sensing drive lines provides a first sensing drive signal to a qlight sensing circuit stage and a latter light sensing circuit stage among the light sensing circuit stages. In the first time interval, the qlight sensing circuit stage performs a light sensing reset operation according to the first sensing drive signal, and the latter light sensing circuit stage performs a light sensing write operation according to the first sensing drive signal.

Display device for in-screen fingerprint identification

A shift register circuit includes a first dummy shift register, a second dummy shift register, multiple shift registers, multiple module selection switches, and multiple output selectors. The shift registers are connected in series between the first dummy shift register and the second dummy shift register, and are divided into a plurality of shift register groups. The module selection switches jointly receive a module selection signal, and are respectively coupled between the first dummy shift register and the shift register groups or between the shift register groups. The output selectors are respectively coupled between an output terminal of the corresponding one of the first dummy shift register, the shift registers, and the second dummy shift register, and a display panel and a fingerprint sensor module.

Shift register circuit

A display device includes a display module, a lens module and a transparent cover. The display module is provided with a lens area and a display area disposed outside the lens area. The display module is provided with a prism layer surrounding the lens area. The lens module is disposed in the lens area. The transparent cover covers the display module.

Display device

A touch apparatus including a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode is provided. The first touch electrode has first conductive lines constituting a mesh pattern. The second touch electrode has second conductive lines constituting a mesh pattern. The first touch electrode crosses over the second touch electrode to form an interlacing region of the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode. The first conductive lines of the first touch electrode and the second conductive lines of the second touch electrode form M interlacing points within the interlacing region. A touch panel includes a substrate, a first patterned conductive layer, a patterned passivation layer, and a second patterned conductive layer. The first patterned conductive layer is located on the substrate, and the first patterned conductive layer includes a plurality of first sensing pads and a plurality of second sensing pads, wherein a gap is formed between adjacent first and second sensing pads. The patterned passivation layer is located on the first patterned conductive layer, and the patterned passivation layer covers the gap and exposes at least a portion of each first sensing pad and at least a portion of each second sensing pad. The second patterned conductive layer is located on the patterned passivation layer.

Touch panel and method of fabricating the same

A display device includes a substrate, a light shielding layer, at least one fading pattern and a display module. The display module is disposed on the substrate and has a display area. The light shielding layer is disposed on a periphery of the substrate and has a first side and a second side, wherein the first side is opposite to the second side. The at least one fading pattern is disposed on the substrate, is adjacent to at least one side of the first side and the second side of the light shielding layer, and does not overlap the display area of the display module. Each fading pattern includes N light transmissible areas, the N light transmissible areas are adjacent to each other, and transmittances of the N light transmissible areas are different from each other, wherein N is a positive integer larger than one.
