A method for generating stimulation parameters, an electrical stimulation control apparatus and an electrical stimulation system are provided. After receiving a brainwave signal, the brainwave signal is decomposed to obtain a first sub-signal and a second sub-signal. Then, the first sub-signal is analyzed to obtain an intrinsic frequency series, and the second sub-signal is converted to a Boolean signal. Subsequently, the intrinsic frequency series and the Boolean signal, which serve as a set of stimulation parameters, are outputted to the stimulator, enabling the stimulator to generate a stimulus signal.

Method for generating stimulation parameters, electrical stimulation control apparatus and electrical stimulation system

An electrical stimulation controlling device and an electrical stimulation system are provided. In which, the electrical stimulation controlling device includes a receiving circuit and a controller coupled to the receiving circuit. The receiving circuit is configured to receive an ictal neural signal which is a signal obtained by a detector when a neural event has been occurring. The controller is further coupled to a stimulator and configured to: determine a time point to start an electrical stimulation according to the ictal neural signal after an onset of the neural event has been determined; and generate and transmit a control signal to the stimulator for providing the electrical stimulation according to the determined time point.

Electrical stimulation controlling device and electrical stimulation system

A biomedical stimulation protection device includes a current source, a first upper P-channel metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (PMOSFET), a first adaptive bias circuit, and six first stimulating metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors (MOSFETs). The first adaptive bias circuit receives a power voltage (VDD), a double power voltage (2VDD), and a triple power voltage (3VDD). The first upper MOSFET and the first stimulating MOSFETs are electrically cascoded with each other. The first adaptive bias circuit turns on at least one of the first stimulating MOSFETs according to VDD, 2VDD, and 3VDD, so as to stimulate a physiological tissue and control a voltage difference between two terminals of each of the first upper MOSFET and the first stimulating MOSFETs to be lower than or equal to VDD.

Biomedical stimulation protection device

An implantable wireless device for transmitting data includes an external control device and an internal processing device. The external control device receives digital data and an alternating current carrier signal and uses the alternating current carrier signal to modulate the digital data into a phase shift keying modulation signal. The digital data have a plurality of time points that binary data change. The internal processing device includes a phase-lock loop (PLL)-based phase shift keying demodulator. The PLL-based phase shift keying demodulator obtains a ripple voltage signal according to the phase shift keying modulation signal. The ripple voltage signal decreases from a fixed voltage value at each of the plurality of time points and then increases to the fixed voltage value. The PLL-based phase shift keying demodulator demodulates the ripple voltage signal into the digital data.
