A message processing method for a portable electronic device includes the steps of: detecting, by a motion sensor, a plurality of first knocks of an object on the portable electronic device and generating a plurality of first detecting signals according to the plurality of first knocks; and encoding, by an encoding system, the plurality of first detecting signals to generate a first message code, wherein a first message is decodable from the first message code by a decoding system.

Portable electronic device and message processing method therefor

An electronic accessory apparatus and audible signal transmission method thereof are provided. The electronic accessory apparatus includes a type C USB connector, a first switch circuit, a second switch circuit, a grounding switch circuit and a first channel selector. The type C USB connector has a plurality of data pin sets, a first ground pin, and a second ground pin. The first switch circuit transports a data signal set or an audible output signal set to a first selected data pin set according to a first control signal. The second switch circuit transports the audible output signal set to the first selected data pin set according to the first control signal. The grounding switch circuit is turned on or cut off according to a second control signal. The first channel selector sets a signal transmission relation between the first audible input signal set and the first and second ground pins.

An electronic device and a corresponding touch-sensing method are provided. The electronic device includes a display module integrated with a first touch sensor, a second touch sensor, and a sense circuitry. The first touch sensor generates a first sensing signal in response to a first driving signal. The second touch sensor generates a second sensing signal in response to a second driving signal. The sense circuitry is coupled to the first and the second touch sensors. The sense circuitry receives and analyzes the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal.

Electronic device and touch-sensing method

An electronic device and a touch display panel of the electronic device are provided. The touch display panel receives a touch driving signal and generates a sense signal in response to the touch driving signal, wherein the sense signal is analyzed to calculate a touch position on the touch display. The touch display panel includes a transmitting circuit and a grounding electrode. The transmitting circuit distributes the touch driving signal in the touch display panel. The grounding electrode is disposed over the transmitting circuit and at least partially covers the transmitting circuit, wherein the grounding electrode is a grounded conductor.

The handheld electronic device comprises a main body, a processing unit, an image projection module, a motion sensor, a first light sensor and a second light sensor. The processing module is disposed in the main body to generate display data. The image projection module generates a projection image according to the display data. The motion sensor senses an orientation of the handheld electronic device. The first and second light sensors sense an ambient light. The processing unit generates the display data according to the ambient light sensed by the first light sensor when the processing module determines that the orientation is a first orientation and according to the ambient light sensed by the second light sensor when the processing module determines that the orientation is a second orientation.

An electronic device and a method for scanning a touch panel of the electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a touch panel and a control circuitry. The touch panel includes a plurality of touch sensors. The control circuitry is coupled to the touch panel. The control circuitry charges each of the touch sensors according to a preset charge period of the touch sensor and detects the maximum difference in charge characteristics of the touch sensors. The control circuitry adjusts the preset charge periods of the touch sensors according to the charge characteristics of the touch sensors and a preset limit of the preset charge periods of the touch sensors when the maximum difference is higher than a preset threshold.

A handheld electronic apparatus including a casing, a cover, a motherboard, an in-cell touch display module, a light guide member, and a touch module is provided. The cover covers a casing opening, and constitutes an accommodation space with the casing. The cover has a first area and a second area having a light transmissive icon. The motherboard is electrically connected with the in-cell touch display module and the touch module. The in-cell touch display module has a display area disposed beneath the first area. The light guide member is disposed within the accommodation space, and capable of guiding a light generated from a light emitting element to the light transmissive icon. The light guide member has a sheet-shaped portion disposed beneath the second area by corresponding to the light transmissive icon.
