The buckle comprises a snap component, the snap component is connected with the main plate to slide between first and second positions on the main plate. The rotating member and the snap component are arranged on the same side of the main plate, the rotating member on the main plate, comprises a limiting component. the rotating member being rotatably connected with the main plate to rotate the rotating member between a limit position and an avoidance position. The fastener configured to cooperate with the rack when the rotating member is in the avoidance position. The buckle, the rotating member, and the fastener are mounted on the main plate. A rack is also disclosed.

An apparatus for mounting hard disk drive and storage device without the use of tools includes a supporting base, a fixing arm, and a rotating arm parallel with the fixing arm. The fixing arm includes a fixing plate with an end fixed to the supporting base and first mounting pins perpendicularly connected to the fixing plate. The rotating arm includes a rotating plate with an end rotatably connected to the supporting base and second mounting pins are perpendicularly connected to the rotating plate. The rotating plate is rotatable between a closed and pin-aligned position, where the rotating plate is substantially parallel with the fixing plate, and an open position in which the mounting pins have been rotated out of alignment.

A mounting apparatus for mounting a hard disk drive which does not require screws or tools includes bracket and latching unit. The bracket includes a bottom plate and parallel side plates. The several latching units are rotatably connected to a lower side of the side plate, a free end of the latching unit defines a latching portion. The side plate defines a latching slot corresponding to the latching portion, and when the latching unit is rotated to abut the side plate, the latching portion is latched in the latching slot and holds a hard disk drive strongly and stably in an receiving space defined by the bottom plate and the side plates.
