An inflatable product includes an inflatable chamber and an elongated element. The inflatable chamber includes fusion portions. The elongated element is flexible, is disposed in the inflatable chamber, includes enlarged portions, and is connected to the inflatable chamber with the enlarged portions constrained by the fusion portions. The elongated element is in tension for controlling expansion of the inflatable chamber to a desired shape when the inflatable chamber is inflated to expand. The enlarged portions are constrained by the fusion portions to avoid separation of the elongated element from the inflatable chamber when the inflatable chamber is inflated to expand.

Inflatable product

A nozzle device includes a first passage, a second passage, and a first ambient valve clapper. The first passage includes a first intake and a first outlet. The second passage includes a second intake and a second outlet. The first ambient valve clapper is configured to control entry of fluid into the second passage through the second intake. The fluid is pumped to enter the first passage through the first intake to form a first negative pressure zone next to the first outlet, and the first ambient valve clapper is opened via a pressure difference between the first negative pressure zone and the surrounding of the nozzle device, allowing the fluid to flow into the second passage.

Nozzle device

An inflatable product includes a plurality of inflatable bodies, a plurality of connecting members, a plurality of gas pipes, a gas pump, a regulation device and a multiport valve. The connecting members are disposed on the inflatable bodies. The gas pipes are disposed outside or within the inflatable bodies to connect the connecting members. The gas pump, the regulation device and the multiport valve are connected to each other and connected to the inflatable bodies through the gas pipes and the connecting members so that the inflatable bodies can be selectively connected to or gas sealed from each other.

An inflating module adapted to an inflatable object includes a pressure controlling assembly configured to monitor air pressure in the inflatable object after the inflatable body has been inflated and a supplemental air pressure providing device. The pressure controlling assembly is configured to automatically activate the supplemental air pressure providing device when the air pressure inside the inflatable object decreases below a predetermined threshold after inflation, and to control the supplemental air pressure providing device to provide supplemental air pressure to the inflatable object so as to maintain the air pressure of the inflatable object within a predetermined range.

A fingerprint sensor is provided. The fingerprint sensor includes a sensing array sensing fingerprint information of a user, an insulating surface disposed on the sensing array, and a printed circuit board (PCB) disposed under the sensing array. The PCB includes a substrate, a ground plane disposed on the second surface of the substrate, and an electrostatic discharge (ESD) ring disposed on the first surface of the substrate and surrounding the sensing array. The substrate includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The ESD ring surrounds the sensing array. A locking mechanism for a nozzle in an inflatable object includes a membrane member having a ledge extending outward for securely engaging with the inflatable object, a nozzle seat having a flange to firmly engage with the ledge, a positioning element having two arms, a cap having a lifting mechanism to elevate location of the positioning element, a descending mechanism to descend the location of the positioning element and a sealing part integrally formed and a sealing part integrally extending from the flange and a core having a directing rod securely connected to the positioning element so as to move with the positioning element accordingly and a sealing flange formed with the directing rod such that movement of the core together with the positioning element allows the sealing flange to selectively and sealingly engage with the sealing part of the nozzle seat to block airflow.

Locking mechanism for a nozzle in an inflatable object

A supplemental air pressure providing device adapted for use with an inflatable object includes an oscillator responsible for generating magnetic field and vibrating a casing, an air compressing device responsible for compressing air and noise silencer mounted inside the air compressing device for reducing noise generated while compressed air flows through the air compressing device for inflating the inflatable object.

An inflating module adapted to an inflatable object includes an air pump assembly selectively operable to deflate and inflate the inflatable object and a supplemental air pressure providing device automatically activated to provide supplemental air pressure to the inflatable object when the air pressure of the inflatable object is down and below a predetermined level so as to maintain air pressure of the inflatable object in a predetermined range.

A controlling mechanism for an inflatable object has a valve controlling assembly for opening/closing operation of the valve, a pressure controlling assembly for sensing pressure difference to selectively activate operation of the valve and a linkage assembly interactively arranged between the valve controlling assembly and the pressure controlling assembly to sense operation of the pressure controlling assembly and consequently operate movement of the valve controlling assembly.

Controlling mechanism for activation of an air pump to be implemented in an inflatable object

An inflatable bed having a primary body, a backrest selectively inclinable relative to the primary body, a slit defined at a junction of the primary body and the backrest, and a pouch received in the slit to be selectively inflatable to move the backrest relative to the primary body. The slit is defined in a manner that when the pouch is inflated and the backrest is lifted by the pouch, friction of a bottom face of the backrest to a top face of ground where the inflatable bed is rested is minimized so as to facilitate the inclinable movement of the backrest relative to the primary body.

Adjustable bed

A foldable support frame assembly includes a row of support units arranged along a first direction. Each of the support units includes two support frames. Each of the support frames includes two parallel braces, a top rail connected fixedly between upper end portions of the linking rods, and a bottom rail connected fixedly between lower end portions of the braces. The braces of each of the support units constitute two first scissor-linkages spaced apart from each other along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The foldable support frame assembly further includes a plurality of second scissor-linkages arranged alternately with the support units along the first direction, and a positioning mechanism for maintaining each of the first and second scissor-linkages in an unfolded state.

An inflatable product has an air pump device and a pressure releasing valve. The air pump device has a housing and a pumping assembly. The housing has two openings as an inlet opening and an outlet opening. The pumping assembly is mounted in the housing and has a motor and a fan. The motor is mounted between the inlet and outlet openings and drives the fan. Consequently, mounting the motor between the first opening and the second opening dissipates the heat of the motor because the air passing by the motor cools the motor. The pressure releasing valve is adjusted by users and releases air while pressure of air in the inflatable body reaches a predetermined pressure level.
