A driving circuit for driving electronic paper is provided, which includes a plurality of driving units. Each driving unit couples to display units of a row of the electronic paper through a data terminal for driving a display unit from a previous gray level to a target gray level during a driving period. Each driving unit includes a data driver and a switch. The data driver respectively provides a black data DC voltage and a white data DC voltage to the data terminal during a black phase and a white phase of the driving period, and provides a first pulse and a second pulse to the data node during a program phase of the driving period. The switch conducts the data node to a middle voltage between the first pulse and the second pulse.

The present invention relates to a method for detecting touch points and a touch panel using the same. The method includes the steps of: providing a resistive pressure-sensing matrix includes M X-axis sensing lines and N Y-axis sensing lines, wherein the iX-axis sensing line and the jY-axis sensing line are short-circuited when a preset range covering an overlapped region between the iX-axis sensing line and the jY-axis sensing line is pressed; applying a scanning voltage to the pY-axis sensing line in a pscanning period; detecting the M X-axis sensing lines to judge whether the scanning voltage is detected; and determining a touch coordinate as (q, p) when the qX-axis sensing line receives the scanning voltage in the pscanning period, wherein M, N, i, p and q are positive integers, 0&#x3c;i, q&#x3c;=M and 0&#x3c;p&#x3c;=N.
