The present invention belongs to the technical field of water treatment, and in particular to a magnetic powder strengthened method for removing nitrate nitrogen and inorganic phosphorus, which includes the following steps: (1) mixing permanent magnetic material powder with paramagnetic Fe3O4 powder, and magnetizing the mixture in a magnetic field to prepare magnetic powder; (2) adding the magnetic powder directly or in a form of granular filler into a water treatment reaction vessel; and (3) allowing the to-be-treated water to enter the water treatment reaction vessel, performing a chemical reaction of removing nitrate nitrogen and inorganic phosphorus in the presence of a reducing agent, and discharging the water after the reaction is completed. By adopting the method of the present invention, a uniform and fine magnetic field can be provided, thus the reaction efficiency is improved, and the process is simplified and the cost is lowered.

Magnetized powder strengthened method for removing nitrate nitrogen and inorganic phosphorus

A magnetic polymer adsorption material, preparation method and use thereof, which relate to the field of magnetic polymer materials. The preparation method comprises: (1) preparing magnetic nanoparticles; (2) dissolving the magnetic nanoparticles in a pore-forming agent, adding N-vinylpyrrolidone, divinylbenzene and an initiator respectively, and mixing uniformly; (3) adding an emulsifier and a dispersant into an aqueous solution; adding a part of the oil phase solution prepared in step (2) at the temperature below 60&#xb0; C., and adding the rest of the oil phase solution when the temperature rises to 60&#xb0; C. or above, reacting with stirring, precipitating and filtering the reacted solution, washing and drying the precipitate, and finally obtaining the magnetic polymer adsorption material. The material has the particle size of 2-100 &#x3bc;m, the magnetization of 5-19.5 emu/g and the specific surface area of 210-950 m/g, and can be applied to the adsorption of inorganic and organic matters in solutions, the controlled release of inorganic and organic matters, and the separation of different substances.

Magnetic polymer adsorption material, preparation method therefor and application thereof

A magnetic strong base anion exchange resin with high mechanical strength and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of resin materials. The preparation method comprises steps of: adding a conventional strong base anion exchange resin to a mixture of trivalent iron salt and divalent iron salt, and then mixing the resin adsorbed with the iron salt with aqueous ammonia so that FeOnanoparticles are contained in the resin structure. Then, the resin containing FeOnanoparticles is added to alcoholic solution dissolved with silane coupling agent to form a dense SiOcoating on the surface of the resin, so as to obtain magnetic strong base anion exchange resin with high mechanical strength.

In view of the current pollution to sewage by nitrate nitrogen, the present invention discloses a method for promoting denitrification to remove nitrate nitrogen in water by magnetic resins. In the method disclosed by the present invention, magnetic anion exchange resins are in contact with and mixed with sewage, and nitrate nitrogen in the sewage is removed quickly and efficiently by both the ion exchange between the magnetic anion exchange resins and the nitrate nitrogen in the sewage and the denitrification enhanced by the magnetic material. Meanwhile, the regeneration and recycle of the magnetic anion exchange resins are realized by the denitrification of microorganisms.

Method for promoting denitrification to remove nitrate nitrogen in water by magnetic resins

Implementations herein relate to a method for preparing organic-pollution-resistant ion exchange resins and application thereof. The method includes adding modified inorganic particles to prepare novel ion exchange resins containing inorganic particles modified by a parcel modifier. A weight ratio between the monomer of the ion exchange resins and the modified inorganic particles is about 0.1% to 30%. The method may increase moisture content of the resins 3 to 30% such as to improve the structures of the resins, and therefore increase the regeneration efficiency 0.4 to 70%, as compared to conventions resins. The method improves resistance of resins to organic pollution, increases regeneration efficiency, and extends service life of the resins. In the process of water treatment, the ion exchange resin of the implementations may be regenerated with long-term stability. In addition to securing the water treatment efficiency, the method may avoid frequent replacement operations and lower the costs.

Organic-pollution-resistant ion exchange resin and preparation method and application thereof

A method for green synthesis of uniform- and large-particle-size polystyrene particles, comprising steps of: prepolymerizing styrene at 70&#x25a1; to 75&#x25a1; for 1 h to 6 h in advance while stirring, adding divinylbenzene dissolved with initiators to the styrene, and stirring for 10 min to 30 min to obtain oil phase; heating lactic acid or an aqueous solution of lactic acid to 70&#x25a1; to 80&#x25a1;, adding the oil phase to dispersed phase by a constant-pressure device, maintaining the temperature for 2 h, heating to 80&#xb1;5&#x25a1; and then maintaining the temperature for 1 h, and heating to 85&#xb1;5&#x25a1; and then maintaining the temperature for 3 h to 6 h, to obtain polystyrene particles with a uniform particle size ranging from 0.7 mm to 2.0 mm.

The present invention discloses a device for Fenton fluidized-bed process and a method applying the device for wastewater treatment. It belongs to the wastewater treatment field. The device comprises an adjusting tank, a lift pump and a main reaction column. The adjusting tank is connected to a water distributing trough on the top of the main reaction column through the lift pump; the main reaction column is filled with the packing material, and below the packing material is equipped with an obcone, whereon a plurality of inlets are provided and a slag discharge pipe is connected to the bottom; above the packing material is installed an inclined plate, above which and at the upper end of the main reaction column are arranged with a partitioned trough and an outflow trough; the partitioned trough is evenly divided by a vertical plate into two independent chambers; the upper end of each chamber is connected to the water distributing trough while the lower end of each chamber is designed with an outlet; the outlets of the two independent chambers are connected to the inlets on the obcone through the first circulation pump and the second circulation pump respectively; the outflow trough is installed opposite the partitioned trough. When being used to treat biotreated wastewater, the device disclosed in the present invention can enhance use efficiency of the reagent, and maintain high effect and stability in eliminating iron in the wastewater.

Fenton fluidized bed treatment apparatus and wastewater treatment method thereof

A water reclamation method on the basis of integrated use of magnetic resin adsorption and electrosorption is provided. It belongs to the water reclamation field, including the following steps: pump the biotreated effluent into a reactor that is filled with magnetic resin particles so that the chromaticity, organic pollutants, total nitrogen, total phosphorus contained in the wastewater can be effectively reduced; channel the fully reacted mixture into a precipitation tank for separation; part of the separated magnetic resin is pumped back into the reactor while the rest of the separated magnetic resin flows into a regeneration tank; the wastewater treated by magnetic resin adsorption then flows into an electrosorption unit for a desalting process; the remaining organic pollutants and inorganic pollutants are further removed.

Implementations herein relate to a method for extraction of phthalates using hydrophilic magnetic resins with high specific surface areas. The implementations relate to a technical field of preparation of resins for fast enrichment and separation of trace organics in water. By adding magnetic particles, precursor resins may be prepared using divinylbenzene, vinyl benzoate and glycidyl methacrylate copolymerization ester. After the cross-linking reaction, surface areas of the resins are increased and hydrolysis of the ester group in alkaline solution may be implemented to obtain high specific surface magnetic resins rich in hydroxyl groups. Implementations herein relate to methods for reducing a desorption solution for regeneration of ion exchange resins in the field of regeneration of resins. The implementations solve problems related to low utilization rates of regeneration agents and high volumes of desorption solutions during the desorption process. The implementations include regenerating the ion exchange resins, and the regeneration solution becomes the desorption solution. After coagulating sedimentation of the desorption solution and slurry separation, a large amount of organic contents are removed from coagulation serum and a large amount of regenerate agents are left. The implementations further include adding the regeneration agent to the coagulation serum to form new or refreshed regeneration solution to regenerate the ion exchange resins. Accordingly, the coagulation serum may be generated from the desorption solution. These operations may be repeated multiple batches for resin regeneration.

An efficient combined advanced treatment method of electroplating wastewater is disclosed, which belongs to the technical field of electroplating wastewater treatment. The method includes: after pretreatments including cyanide breaking, dechromization and coagulating sedimentation, introducing the electroplating wastewater to a contact oxidation tank for biochemical treatment, and settling the effluent from the contact oxidation tank down in an inclined pipe of a secondary sedimentation tank to realize the separation of the sludge from water; charging the effluent to a coagulating sedimentation tank, and undergoing coagulating sedimentation with the aid of a flocculant and a coagulant aid added; feeding the effluent, as an influent, to a resin adsorption tank for adsorption with a magnetic resin; and after passing through a filter, flowing the effluent after adsorption to a fixed bed resin adsorption unit, so as to realize the discharge up to standard and recycle of the effluent.

This invention relates to the field of resin, particularly to a magnetic, acrylic strongly basic anion exchange microsphere resin and its manufacturing method. Its basic structure is as follow: wherein its matrix contains magnetic grains and A is a group containing quaternary ammonium salts; the manufacturing method is: taking acrylic compounds as the monomer and mixing it with the crosslinking agent and porogenic agent to form an oil phase; evenly mixing the oil phase with magnetic grains and then conducting suspension polymerization; aminating and alkylating the polymerized magnetic grains so as to form the quaternary ammonium salts, namely the magnetic, acrylic strongly basic anion exchange microsphere resin. The exchange capacity of this resin is higher than that of any magnetic strongly basic anion exchange microsphere resin available either on both Chinese and overseas markets or in literature; it is able to take the place of the traditional strongly basic anion exchange resin in separating and removing soluble organics, particularly precursors of disinfection by-products, and various anions such as nitrates and phosphates.

Disclosed is an internal circulation resin ion exchange adsorption reactor with a mechanical stirrer. The upper part &#x2154;&#x2dc;&#x2158; of the reactor main body is an open cylinder and the lower part &#x2155;&#x2dc;&#x2153; is a cone-shaped body with a slope of 30&#xb0;&#xb1;10&#xb0;.
