A laser radar includes a light source, a scanning mirror, a detector, and a reflector group. The scanning mirror includes an emitting reflective surface and a receiving reflective surface. The reflector group includes a first reflector and a second reflector. An included angle between the first reflector and the second reflector is a first included angle, an included angle between an incident laser beam of the emitting reflective surface and an emergent laser beam of the receiving reflective surface is a second included angle, and the second included angle is twice the first included angle. The emitting reflective surface is configured to reflect the laser beam emitted by the light source. The receiving reflective surface is configured to reflect, to the detector, the laser beam reflected back by an object. The reflect group is configured to change a propagation direction of the laser beam.

Laser radar

This application discloses a MEMS chip structure, including a substrate, a side wall, a dielectric plate, a MEMS micromirror array, and a grid array, where the MEMS micromirror array includes a plurality of grooves and a plurality of MEMS micromirrors. The plurality of MEMS micromirrors are in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of grooves. The grid array is located above the MEMS micromirror array, and a lower surface of the grid array is connected to upper surfaces of side walls of at least some of the plurality of grooves.

MEMS chip structure

A phase retarder and an optical comb filter are disclosed. The phase retarder includes a polarization beam splitter, a first air arm, and a second air arm, where the polarization beam splitter is configured to decompose a beam into a first light component propagated in a first direction and a second light component propagated in a second direction, the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction; the first air arm is disposed on a second side wall of the polarization beam splitter, and is configured to receive the first light component and reflect it back; and the second air arm is disposed on a third side wall of the polarization beam splitter, and is configured to receive the second light component and reflect it back. Two light components interfere, and the interference light is emitted from a fourth side wall of the polarization beam splitter.

An included angle (&#x3b2;) exists between a surface of a micromirror array on the output MEMS chip and a surface of a lens array of the output collimator array, micromirrors of the micromirror array on the output MEMS chip are arranged at an equal spacing (L) both in a direction parallel to a first direction and in a direction perpendicular to the first direction, where the first direction is a direction of an intersection line of planes to which the surface of the lens array of the output collimator array and the surface of the micromirror array on the output MEMS chip belong, and lenses of the lens array of the output collimator array are arranged with the same arrangement of micromirrors of the output MEMS chip.

Optical switch using aligned collimator arrays that are specifically angled to facing MEMS chips

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose an optical signal processing method and an optical cross-connect apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by an input port i of the optical cross-connect apparatus, a first optical signal; performing, based on the first optical signal by a transmit-end signal processing module i, first phase modulation processing and first frequency mixing processing to obtain a THz signal that carries signal information of the first optical signal; transmitting, by a transmit-end antenna i, the THz signal; receiving, by a receive-end antenna j, the THz signal; performing, based on the THz signal by a receive-end signal processing module j, second phase modulation processing and second frequency mixing processing to obtain a second optical signal that carries the signal information; and outputting, by an output port j, the second optical signal.

Optical signal processing method and optical cross-connect apparatus

The present application discloses example optical transmission apparatuses, where one example apparatus includes a filter, a router, and an optical multiplexer. The filter is connected to the router, and the router is connected to the optical multiplexer. The filter performs parity optical demultiplexing on 2N input optical signal groups by using 2N comb filters to obtain 2N odd optical signal groups and 2N even optical signal groups, and sends the 2N odd optical signal groups and the 2N even optical signal groups to the router. The router separately routes the 2N odd optical signal groups and the 2N even optical signal groups to the optical multiplexer by using at least four AWGRs. The optical multiplexer performs, by using 2N optical multiplexers, optical multiplexing on 4N optical signal groups output by the router to obtain 2N output optical signal groups.

Optical transmission method and optical transmission apparatus

A MEMS optical switch and a switching node are disclosed. The MEMS optical switch includes Ninput ports, Ninput MEMS mirrors, Moutput ports, and Moutput MEMS mirrors, where a first input port is configured to transmit a first optical signal to a first input MEMS mirror. The first input MEMS mirror is configured to reflect the first optical signal to a first destination output MEMS mirror, where along a straight line in which a first deflection axis is located, the first input MEMS mirror is located on an edge of the Ninput MEMS mirrors, and when reflecting the received first optical signal to a first output MEMS mirror and a second output MEMS mirror, the first input MEMS mirror deflects towards an opposite direction relative to a second deflection axis.

Micro-electro-mechanical system optical switch and switching node

A 3D-MEMS optical switch is disclosed. In an embodiment, the 3D-MEMS optical switch includes a collimator array, a PD array, a wedge prism, a light-splitting triangular prism, a micro-electro-mechanical system MEMS micro-mirror, and a core optical switch controller that is connected to the PD array and the MEMS micro-mirror. In the present invention, the PD array is integrated into a core optical switch, which simplifies an architecture of the optical switch and reduces a volume of the optical switch; the wedge prism and the light-splitting triangular prism are used to perform light splitting, and some optical signals are transmitted to the PD array to detect optical power, so that the core optical switch controller adjusts the MEMS micro-mirror according to the optical power, which is detected by the PD array, of the optical signal, making an insertion loss of the 3D-MEMS optical switch meet a preset attenuation range.

3D-MEMS optical switch

A 3D-MEMS optical switch, comprising: a collimator array, a PD array, a window glass which covers the PD array and is coated with a partial reflection film, a micro-electro mechanical system (MEMS) micro-mirror, and a core optical switch controller connected to the PD array and the MEMS micro-mirror. The PD array is integrated inside the core optical switch, so that the architecture and the volume of the optical switch are simplified. The window glass which covers the PD array and is coated with a partial reflection film is used to fold an optical path, and some optical signals are transmitted onto the PD array, so that the core optical switch controller adjusts the MEMS micro-mirror according to the optical power of the optical signals detected by the PD array, so as to enable the insertion loss of the 3D-MEMS optical switch to meet a preset attenuation range.
