Provided is method for producing a phage library displaying antibodies or antibody fragments, comprising providing a first polynucleotide containing LC, a second polynucleotide containing connexon, and a third polynucleotide containing HC, respectively introducing the first, second and third polynucleotides to first, second and third bacteria to obtain a light chain component bacterial library, a connexon component bacterial library, and a heavy chain component bacterial library, obtaining a light chain component plasmid, a connexon component plasmid, and a heavy chain component plasmid from the libraries, obtaining the released LC, released connexon and released HC from the plasmids, connecting the released display vector segments to form a connection product for display, introducing a third bacterium to obtain a display bacterial library, and using the display bacterial library to prepare the phage library for displaying the antibodies or antibody fragments. Also provided is a phage library produced according to the method.

Method for preparing phage library

Methods and systems are provided for ranking search results and generating a presentation. In some implementations, a search system generates a presentation based on a search query. The search system may determine weights for the metrics, wherein the weights are based in part on the type of entity included in the search. The search system may determine a score by combining the metrics and the weights. The search system may rank search results based on the score.

Ranking search results based on entity metrics

An automated, self-adaptive framework prioritizes software testing in a consistent and effective manner. A metric evaluates past test execution information for assigning regression testing priority. The metric may be calculated with reference to one or more of the following factors taken in combination: requirement, coverage, history, and cost. The requirement factor considers customer-assigned priority of testing the code, complexity of implementing the code, and proneness of the code to faults. The coverage factor considers code coverage, feature coverage, and common usage rate. The history factor considers previous bug found rate, case stable rate, and priority to calculate. The cost factor considers test case execution time, and step length. A value of each factor for one test case is measured according to that test case and is not related to other test cases. The calculation result representing the metric for each test case determines a priority of the test case.
