A processing method for automatically generating machining features is provided. A workpiece CAD file is obtained to perform a CAD numerical analysis on a blank body. With the workpiece CAD file being used as a target, a workpiece CAD appearance is compared with the blank body to obtain a feature identification result of a first to-be-processed blank body, which includes identifying data of a to-be-removed blank body and a feature of a first processing surface. A geometric analysis is performed on the first processing surface feature and a tool selection range is determined. A virtual cutting simulation is performed on the first processing surface to generate a processed area data and an unprocessed area data. A spatial coordinate mapping comparison between the unprocessed area data and a surface data of the workpiece CAD file is performed to obtain a feature identification result of a second to-be-processed blank body.

Processing method and system for automatically generating machining feature

This disclosure provides a machine tool adjustment method and system thereof. The machine tool adjustment method includes the following steps: enabling a machine tool to perform a circular test; obtaining a measured error value Efrom a measuring instrument, and the measured error value Eis defined by the difference between the actual circular trajectory and the preset circular trajectory during the circular test; determining an error condition of the tool machine from the measured error value E; determining whether the error condition is less than a predetermined criteria; if not, defining a compensation parameter according to the error condition and enabling the machine tool to perform another circular test according to the set compensation parameter until the error condition is less than the predetermined criteria; and if yes, ending the circular test and the machine tool adjustment is finished.

Machine tool adjustment method and system thereof

A calibrating method is provided including the following steps. A type of a first sensor and a type of a first sensor carrier are determined according to an external shape of a first object. The first sensor is carried by the first sensor carrier, and a relative coordinate of the first object is measured by the first sensor. The relative coordinate of the first object is compared with a predetermined coordinate of the first object to obtain a first object coordinate error, and the first object coordinate error is corrected. After the first object coordinate error is corrected, the first object is driven to perform an operation on a second object or the second object is driven to perform the operation on the first object. A calibrating system is also provided.

Calibrating method and calibrating system

A drilling system including a feed control module, a force control module, a hole breaking control module, a conversion module and a computing unit is provided. The feed control module sets a feed force threshold and a feed speed threshold for the computing unit to determine whether the current mode satisfies a first conversion condition. The hole breaking control module sets a drilling penetration force threshold and a drilling penetration speed threshold for the computing unit to determine whether the current mode satisfies a second conversion condition. The conversion module informs to change the feed force and the feed speed according to the determination results of the two conversion conditions. The force control module provides the feed force. With the drilling system, possible impact on the workpiece due to resistance change which occurs when the drill just touches and nearly gets through the workpiece will be reduced.

Drilling system and method thereof

A measuring program compiling device and a measuring program compiling method thereof are provided. The method includes analyzing a first measuring program to obtain a plurality of first measuring parameters corresponding to the first measuring program, and converting the first measuring parameters into a plurality of second measuring parameters corresponding to a plurality of planning operations; generating a plurality of standardized measuring parameters according to the second measuring parameters and a plurality of computer aided design (CAD) image parameters; receiving a plurality of parameter input operations corresponding to the planning operations to update the second measuring parameters; generating a standardized measuring program corresponding to a CAD file according to the standardized measuring parameters; and converting the standardized measuring program into a target measuring program executed on a target measuring device according to specification data of the target measuring device.

Measuring program compiling device and measuring program compiling method

A tool-life prediction method, applicable to a machine tool having a machining end, includes steps of capturing a plurality of measurement data from a tool of the machining end, transforming each of the plurality of measurement data into a corresponding complex process capability index (Cpk), utilizing an artificial neural network being trained to generate a tool-life prediction scale with respect to the Cpk, and then based on the tool-life prediction scale to determine a remaining tool life of the tool. In addition, a tool life prediction system is also provided.

A robot arm processing system includes a robot arm, a processing module, and a control module. The robot arm is for providing a mechanical holding force. The processing module is disposed on the robot arm to process a workpiece. The control module is connected to the robot arm or the processing module. The control module outputs an anti-vibration signal according to the reaction force of the workpiece or the displacement of the robot arm to counteract the reaction force of the workpiece or the displacement of the robot arm.

A machining parameter adjustment system is established in a controller. The controller is connected to a machine. The controller is configured to receive a machining program and analyze at least one process included in the machining program.
