A motor detection method includes the following steps. An excitation current command is provided to a motor device, and the motor device is driven to rotate at the first angle. The first feedback angle of the motor device in the first resting position is detected and obtained. The motor device is driven to rotate at the second angle according to the excitation current command. The second feedback angle of the motor device in the second resting position is detected and obtained. The magnetic pole offset angle of the motor device is calculated according to the first feedback angle and the second feedback angle.

Motor detection method and motor detection device

A motor control apparatus receives a DC power source through a DC terminal and is coupled to a motor. The motor control apparatus includes a brake, an inverter, and a controller. The brake is coupled to the inverter. The brake includes an energy-consuming component and a switch component. The controller controls the inverter to convert the DC power source to drive the motor. When the controller determines that the DC power source is interrupted, the controller stops controlling the inverter, and the switch component is self-driven turned on so that a back electromotive force generated by the motor is consumed through the energy-consuming component.

Motor control apparatus and method of operating the same

A method of speed control based on a self-learning model of load torque and a moment inertia is applied to a controller of controlling a motor. The method includes steps of: establishing a relationship between the load torque and the moment inertia by a self-learning manner, correspondingly acquiring a value of the moment inertia according to a value of the load torque, and adjusting parameters of the controller to control rotation of the motor according to the value of the moment inertia.

A motor control method includes the following steps: adjusting a voltage component of an estimated voltage command to a steady-state voltage value; performing a coordinate axis conversion on another voltage component of the estimated voltage command and the steady-state voltage value, and generating a three-phase excitation current to make a synchronous motor rotate to a rotating position and stop; calculating an estimated current signal; calculating an estimated value of the rotating position and adjusting the another voltage component of the estimated voltage command when determining that the current component is not maintained at a steady-state current value; calculating an effective inductance of the synchronous motor based on the steady-state voltage value, the another voltage component of the estimated voltage command, the steady-state current value, and another current component of the estimated current signal when determining that the current component is maintained at the steady-state current value.

Motor control method

A motor control system is coupled to an input power source and a motor. The motor control system includes an inverter, a brake, and a controller. The inverter includes a plurality of upper-bridge transistors and a plurality of lower-bridge transistors, and the brake includes a plurality of loop switches. Each loop switch includes a first end, a second end, and a third end, and the third ends are respectively coupled to control ends of the lower-bridge transistors. The controller is coupled to the first end, and when the controller detects that the input power source is greater than a low-voltage protection value, the controller controls the third end to be coupled to the first end, and provides an upper-bridge drive signal assembly to operate each upper-bridge transistor, and provides a lower-bridge drive signal assembly to operate each lower-bridge transistor.

Motor control system and method of controlling the same

A method for detecting initial magnetic pole position in permanent-magnet motor first determines a PWM pulse width Dt applied to stator, where the PWM pulse width Dt depends on motor parameters. Six voltage vectors are then successively applied to the stators and the associated current rising time are calculated. The position of rotor is determined based on the shortest current rising time. The voltage vectors are again successively applied to the stators to recalculate the position of rotor. The position of rotor can be precisely determined when the two calculations are consistent. When the two calculations are not consistent, the voltage vectors are again successively applied to the stators to recalculate the position of rotor until the calculations are consistent. The set current level can be larger than the motor rated current, for example, 160% motor rated current, to facilitate the determination of current rising time. The set current level can be 160% drive rated current when the motor rated current is larger than the drive rated current.
