A touch sensing device is provided. The device includes a substrate; a plurality of first electrodes formed on the substrate and arranged along a first direction without overlapping one another; a first insulating layer formed on the substrate and covering the plurality of first electrodes; and a plurality of second electrodes formed on the first insulating layer and arranged along a second direction without overlapping one another, wherein the first direction is orthogonal to the second direction.

Touch sensing device

A touch sensing device is provided. The device includes a substrate; a plurality of first electrodes formed on the substrate and arranged along a first direction without overlapping one another; a first insulating layer formed on the substrate and covering the plurality of first electrodes; and a plurality of second electrodes formed on the first insulating layer and arranged along a second direction without overlapping one another, wherein the first direction is vertical to the second direction.

A pulse width modulation device for use in an N-ports random access memory having a plurality of word line sets, wherein a specified word line set comprises N port word lines. The pulse width modulation device comprises a status detecting device and a clock signal generator. The status detecting device is coupled to the N port word lines having a first and a second port word line, and outputs a first control signal when both the voltage values of the first and second port word lines are within a first level range. The clock signal generator is coupled to the status detecting device and the specified word line set, and generates and outputs a first clock signal to the specified word line set, wherein a duration of the first clock signal kept within the first level range is variable in response to the first control signal.

Pulse width modulation device

A display device including a display circuit, a touch panel, a detection circuit, and a sensing circuit is disclosed. The display circuit generates a plurality of driving signals. The touch panel displays an image according to the driving signals. The detection circuit detects the display circuit. When the display circuit stops generating the driving signals, the detection circuit asserts a control signal. The sensing circuit detects the touch panel to obtain whether an area of the touch panel is touched when the control signal is asserted.

Control method, display device and electronic system utilizing the same

A sensing apparatus including a first scan line, a second scan line, a readout line, a first sensing device and a second sensing device is provided. The first sensing device is coupled to the first scan line and the readout line, and senses a first energy, and outputs a first readout signal corresponding to the first energy to the readout line in response to a first scan signal on the first scan line. The first sensing device is reset in response to the first scan signal and a reference signal on the readout line. The first sensing device includes a first reset unit configured for resetting the first sensing device, where a first terminal of the first reset unit is coupled to the first scan line, and a control terminal of the first reset unit is coupled to the readout line. A driving method thereof is also provided.

The second conductive layer is disposed on the first dielectric layer or the second dielectric layer. The effective Young's modulus of the second dielectric layer may be smaller than the Young's modulus of the first dielectric layer.

A display system is disclosed. The display system comprises a display device; and a computing device. The computing device executes instructions to receive a first plurality of sub-pixel values of a first plurality of sub-pixels of an image. The first plurality of sub-pixels have a plurality of colors. The computing device further executes instructions to select a first sub-pixel of the first plurality of sub-pixels. The first sub-pixel has a first color and is spatially close to a second sub-pixel of the first plurality of sub-pixels. The second sub-pixel has the first color. The computing device further executes instructions to generate a second plurality of sub-pixel values of a second plurality of sub-pixels based on at least first and second sub-pixel values corresponding to the first and second sub-pixels of the first plurality of sub-pixels.

System and method for improving visual effect of a display device

A double-side light emitting display panel includes a substrate, a plurality of top emission pixel structures and a plurality of bottom emission pixel structures. The top emission pixel structures are disposed on the substrate, and the bottom emission pixel structures are disposed on the substrate. The top emission pixel structures and the bottom emission pixel structures are arranged alternatively on the substrate.

Double-side light emitting display panel

A touch panel display system and driving method thereof is provided. The touch panel display system includes a display device and a display circuit coupled to the display device for driving a display position of the display device. The system further includes a sensing device coupled to the display device for sensing an contact pressure, and a sensing circuit coupled to the sensing device for driving a sensing position of the sensing device. The system further includes a synchronous controller coupled to the display circuit and the sensing circuit for synchronously controlling the display circuit and the sensing circuit such that the display position and the sensing position are not overlapped and maintained beyond a predetermined distance.

Light emitting device

A pixel structure and a pixel circuit having multi-display mediums are provided. A storage capacitor and a first display medium are disposed in different layers, so as to overlap the storage capacitor with a pixel electrode of the first display medium. Accordingly, an area of the first display medium can be increased for enlarging an aperture ratio of the pixel. Furthermore, because a third pixel electrode is disposed in a conductive layer, the third pixel electrode can control/drive a second display medium under a substrate.

Pixel structure and pixel circuit having multi-display mediums

A pixel array layout includes a substrate, a plurality of scan lines disposed on the substrate, a plurality of data lines disposed on the substrate, a plurality of pixel units disposed on the substrate, and a pre-discharge conductive layer. Each of the pixel units is electrically connected to at least one of the scan lines and one of the data lines correspondingly, and each of the pixel units has a driving circuit and a pixel electrode electrically connected to the driving circuit. The pre-discharge conductive layer is electrically connected to the driving circuit and extends to an area between two adjacent pixel electrodes from an edge of the substrate, and the pre-discharge conductive layer and the pixel electrodes do not overlap.
