A car body structure includes a bottom plate, a side plate assembly, and a support rod assembly. The side plate assembly includes a first side plate and a second side plate opposite to the first side plate. The first side plate and the second plate are connected to the bottom plate and located on a same side of the bottom plate. An edge of the first side plate facing away from the bottom plate defines at least two first slots, and an edge of the second side plate facing away from the bottom plate defines at least two second slots. The support rod assembly includes at least two support rods, each support rod is snap-engaged with one first slot and one second slot. A surface of the support rod assembly facing away from the bottom plate is a bearing surface. A driving unit is also disclosed.

Car body structure and driving unit including the same

A locking mechanism comprises a main body, an ejector rod, a guide rod assembly, a carrier plate and a fixing assembly. The carrier plate comprises a center hole and a plurality of annular strip holes. The fixing assembly comprises a rotary disc. The center hole and the annular strip holes can lock the rotary disc in different rotation angles. The guide rod assembly limits the rotation tolerance of the carrier plate, and makes the carrier plate move up and down in the vertical direction. The rotary disc with limited rotational freedom is fixedly connected with the ejector rod, so that the locking mechanism can not only realize the linear lifting motion of the ejector rod, but also reduce the rotation angle error between the carrier plate and the ejector rod. A rotating lifting platform is also provided.

A rocking arm structure includes an arm body, a motive wheel assembly connected to the arm body, a caster wheel assembly connected to the arm body, and a shaft assembly connected to the arm body and disposed between the motive wheel assembly and the caster wheel assembly. The two wheel assemblies are configured to revolve in a same direction around the shaft assembly and for example allow a 4-wheeled vehicle/robot to become a 6-wheeled vehicle for stability as required during changes of terrain.

A driving assembly and a transfer device to allow an adjustable length of wheelbase for varying sizes of loads comprises a driving device, a driving wheel connected to the driving device rotatable by the driving device, a cantilever assembly comprising a cantilever configured for mounting to the bearing platform, and a driven wheel rotatably connected to one end of the cantilever. The other end of the cantilever is detachably connected to a fixed part of the driving device. The transfer device comprises a bearing platform and two driving assemblies.

A lifting structure operating precisely and stably at all stages of a lifting and lowering action includes a lifting assembly and a driving assembly. The lifting assembly includes two first links, two second links, and two seats. A first connecting arm of each first link has first and second ends, the first end having a first gear structure. A second connecting arm of each second link has third and fourth ends, a second and complementary gear structure being provided on the third end. The first gear structures are engaged and the second gear structures are engaged. The second end is rotatably connected to the fourth end through one of the two seats. The driving assembly can drive the two seats towards each other to perform lifting or drive them away from each other to perform lowering.

A structure for holding a battery on an automated guided vehicle (AGV) so as to allow easy and convenient battery replacement includes two fixed supports and a bracket. The bracket is connected between the two supports and each support defines a vertical groove and two horizontal grooves. Two sliders at the ends of the bracket are insertable into either horizontal groove. The two sliders can move down along the vertical groove together until the bracket makes contact with the battery and holds it in place. The two sliders can move up along the vertical groove and sideways into the horizontal grooves, thereby unlatching and releasing the battery for rapid replacement. An AGV using the structure is also disclosed.

A robot includes a limit device and an energy storehouse, the limiting device may lock or loosen a battery opened in the energy storehouse, the limiting device includes a first connecting member, a transmission rod, and a second connecting member. The first connecting member includes a first main body portion and two first connecting elements arranged at intervals. The two first connecting elements are respectively connected to the first main body. The transmission rod includes a first end and a second end arranged at intervals. The first end penetrates through one of the two first connecting elements. The second end penetrates through the other one of the two first connecting element. The second connecting member includes two indexing buckles arranged at intervals, each of the indexing buckles includes a first limiting groove and a second limiting groove.

The first connecting member comprising a first main body portion and two first connecting elements. The two first connecting elements are arranged at intervals. A rocking arm structure includes an arm body, a first wheel assembly connected to the arm body, a second wheel assembly connected to the arm body, and a shaft assembly disposed between the first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly. The arm body can rotate relative to the main body around the shaft assembly, and drive the first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly to revolve in a same direction around the shaft assembly. The first wheel assembly and the second wheel assembly are both steering wheel assemblies or both directional wheel assemblies.
