A resin composite is provided, which comprises: a first resin layer including a first rubber modified styrene-based resin composition; and a second resin layer including a second rubber modified styrene-based resin composition. The first and second rubber modified styrene-based resin compositions respectively comprise: a styrene-based copolymer; and rubber particles. In the first rubber modified styrene-based resin composition, on the basis of a total weight of all monomer units of the styrene-based copolymer being 100 wt %, the styrene-based copolymer comprises more than or equal to 21.0 wt % to less than or equal to 31.0 wt % of an acrylonitrile-based monomer unit. In the second rubber modified styrene-based resin composition, on the basis of a total weight of all monomer units of the styrene-based copolymer being 100 wt %, the styrene-based copolymer comprises more than or equal to 12.0 wt % to less than 21.0 wt % of an acrylonitrile-based monomer unit.

Provided is a synthesis method of a modified conjugated diene polymer. Conjugated diene monomers are reacted in a reaction system. A modifier is added into the reaction system while the reaction proceeds to a predetermined extent. The modifier has a structure represented by formula (1): wherein R-Reach independently represent a C-Calkyl group; 1&#x2266;m&#x2266;300; 0&#x2266;a&#x2266;65; 0&#x2266;b&#x2266;65; 0&#x2266;c&#x2266;40; 0&#x3c;a+b; 0&#x2266;c/(a+b+c)&#x2266;0.8; the X and Y are structures respectively represented by formula (2) and formula (3): wherein R, R, and Reach independently represent a C-Calkylene group and R-Reach independently represent a C-Calkyl group.

Modified conjugated diene polymer and synthesis method thereof

The invention discloses a terminal-modified conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises the following steps. An organic alkali metal initiator is added into a first mixture containing a conjugated diene monomer and a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer to perform reaction to obtain a conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer with active terminal. The conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer with active terminal reacts with polysiloxane to obtain a terminal-modified conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer. The aforementioned polysiloxane is expressed as chemical formula (I): R1, R2, R3 and R5 independently are alkyl group with 1&#x2dc;20 carbon atoms. R4 is selected from one of alkyl group, alkoxy group or hydroxyl group with 1&#x2dc;5 carbon atoms, m is an integer of 2&#x2dc;50, and n is an integer of 0&#x2dc;50.

The modified conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer is formed by modifying a conjugated diene-vinyl aromatic copolymer by reacting with a first modifier in a solvent and then reacting with a second modifier. The solvent includes an organic alkali metal initiator.
