The present invention provides a debugging system and method for an embedded device, including: an embedded device, including a processing unit and a memory unit, where the memory unit includes a staging area used to store debugging data; a mobile storage device, including a debugging data control unit and a storage unit; and a computer, electrically connected to the embedded device and the mobile storage device. The debugging data control unit transmits a debugging demand message to the embedded device by using the computer. The embedded device transmits the debugging data in the staging area back to the computer. The computer transmits the debugging data to the mobile storage device and stores the debugging data in the storage unit.

A Bluetooth pairing system includes an external device and a host device. The external device includes a Bluetooth module, a first transmission interface and a USB controller. When the external device is connected with the host device, a standard handshaking message complying with a USB communication protocol is issued from the processor to the external device. After the standard handshaking message is received by the USB controller of the external device, a device descriptor of the external device is transmitted from the USB controller to the host device. The device descriptor contains a vendor identification code, a product identification code, a product string and a product type of the external device and a target communication address of the Bluetooth module. The host device analyzes the device descriptor to acquire the target communication address of the Bluetooth module.

A luminous keyboard with a gaming function includes a gaming program, plural keys, plural light-emitting elements and a control unit. When one of the plural keys is pressed down, a corresponding pressing signal is generated. When one of the plural light-emitting elements is turned on to emit a light beam, the corresponding key is illuminated. The control unit is connected with the plural keys, the plural light-emitting elements and the gaming program. The control unit turns on or turns off the plural light-emitting elements according to settings of the gaming program. Alternatively, the control unit turns off the light-emitting element corresponding to the illuminated key when the control unit receives the pressing signal corresponding to the illuminated key. In such way, the luminous keyboard can be used to play a game.

A touchpad controlling method and a touch device using such a method are provided. The touch device is applied to an electronic appliance. The touch device includes a touchpad and a coordinate transformation program. The touchpad is used for detecting a number of touching points in response to the touching gesture on the touchpad and the position of each touching point. If the number of touching points is equal to 1, the electronic appliance is operated in a relative coordinate mode. Whereas, if the number of touching points is greater than 1, the electronic appliance is operated in an absolute coordinate mode.

An improved process for producing a piezoelectric ceramic device is disclosed, wherein the process includes the following steps: securing a metal plate in a mold cavity body by maintaining a binding area on a top surface of the metal plate, and that the top surface other than the binding area is enveloped, confined and secured; coating a metal paste on the binding area; placing a piezoelectric ceramic powder on the metal paste; pressing a pressing pillar on the piezoelectric ceramic powder; securing the pressing pillar in position; heating the mold cavity body so as to sinter the piezoelectric ceramic powder as a sintered body, and heating the mold cavity body so as to treat the sintered body to become a not-yet polarized piezoelectric ceramic sheet. Therefore, the same mold is employed for the piezoelectric ceramic powder sintering, the heat treatment, and the positioning and binding to the metal plate.

A heat sink vacuum packaging procedure to rapidly complete the packaging of a heat sink without drilling, pipe welding, vacuum pumping, or other processes. Because the packaging procedure saves much time and labor, the manufacturing cost of the heat sink is relatively reduced. During packaging, no welding process is employed, therefore the invention prevents accidentally flowing of tin solder into the inside of the heat sink to affect the quality of the heat sink, and the quality of the heat sink is maintained.

A pointing device is electrically connect to a computer. The pointing device is used to control movements of a cursor on a display device of the computer. The pointing device has a housing, a pointing unit installed inside the housing to generate pointing signals to control the movements of the cursor, a rollable device for generating rolling signals, a light source for illuminating the rollable device, and a control unit for controlling the pointing device. When the computer transmits a state signal to the pointing device, the control unit controls the light source to determine an illumination mode of the rollable device according to the state signal.

The present invention provides an image scrolling system for scrolling an image frame contained in a window which is displayed in a monitor of the system. The image scrolling system comprises a scrolling signal generator for generating scrolling signals to perform scrolling of the image frame. Each of the scrolling signals is first converted into a corresponding two-dimensional vector which is then converted to a displacement vector. The displacement vector is added with a current coordinate of the image frame displayed within the window to obtain a next coordinate, and the image frame is scrolled to the next coordinate.

Scroll method of a computer system

The present invention discloses a pointing device for scrolling a screen image. The pointing device comprises a chassis, a housing having an opening on its top mounted on the chassis, a vertical sensor installed on the chassis below the opening, a plurality of horizontal sensors installed on the chassis beside the vertical sensor, and a control stick vertically installed inside the opening of the housing comprising a top end and a bottom end. The bottom end of the control stick is in contact with the vertical sensor whereas the top end of the control stick protrudes from the opening of the housing and can be horizontally moved within a predetermined angle with respect to the bottom end of the control stick serving as its center. The pointing device further comprises a plate horizontally installed at the bottom end of the control stick with its bottom side positioned above the horizontal sensors. Horizontal movement of the top end of the control stick will cause corresponding movement of the plate which then causes the bottom surface of the plate to trigger at least one horizontal sensor. The pointing device also comprises a control device electrically connected to the vertical and horizontal sensors for detecting vertical movements of the control stick using the vertical sensor and generating correspondent vertical signals, and detecting horizontal movements of the control stick using the horizontal sensors and generating correspondent horizontal signals.
