The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device, the display panel includes: an array substrate and an opposite substrate disposed oppositely, the array substrate having a ground terminal, the opposite substrate including a black matrix and a transparent conductive layer, the black matrix including a first part, a second part and an isolation trench which are sequentially disposed, and the isolation trench isolating the first part from the second part; a conductive adhesive connecting the ground terminal with the transparent conductive layer, a part of the conductive adhesive being between the array substrate and the opposite substrate, and orthographic projections of the part of the conductive adhesive and the first part on the array substrate being not overlapped; and a blocking structure in contact with the part of the conductive adhesive and configured for preventing the conductive adhesive from overflowing to the first part.

An array substrate of this disclosure includes: a substrate and a first conductive layer and a second conductive layer sequentially stacked on the substrate; orthographic projections of the first and second conductive layers on the substrate have an overlapping region; portions of the first and second conductive layers in the overlapping region constitute a first conductive pattern; a portion of the first conductive layer outside the overlapping region includes a second conductive pattern and a third conductive pattern; the second and third conductive patterns have an interval therebetween. A first distance between first regions of the second and third conductive patterns proximal to the first conductive pattern is larger than a second distance between second regions of the second and third conductive patterns distal to the first conductive pattern.

A device and a method for measuring proton beam source position and beamline center are disclosed. The device includes N quadrupole magnets, a laser, a target and a scintillation screen; the target and the scintillation screen are arranged in front of and behind the N-quadrupole lens, respectively; the N-quadrupole lens can be converted to a M-quadrupole lens; the position of proton beam after being focused by the N- or M-quadrupole lens on the scintillation screen is measured; according to the amplification factor and the proton beam position, the offset of the proton beam source from the beamline center, as well as the position of the beamline center on the scintillation screen are calculated; the disclosure can accurately determine the position of the beamline center and the proton beam source by the use of N quadrupole magnets, combined with a scintillation screen.

A display substrate includes: a base substrate, as well as a first metal layer, a first insulating layer, a second metal layer, a second insulating layer, and a common electrode metal layer laminated on one side of the base substrate. The present invention provides apparatus and method for parallel polyphase image interpolation. The apparatus comprises: a local memory, a first memory access control unit, a second memory access control unit, a source image data buffering unit, a filter coefficient buffering unit, a multiply-accumulator, a third memory access control unit and a state machine; the first memory access control unit is configured for obtaining source image data from the local memory and buffering them into a source image data buffering unit; the second memory access control unit is configured for obtaining filter coefficients from the local memory and buffering them into a filter coefficient buffering unit; the source image data buffering unit is configured for inputting source image data to each multiply-accumulator, the filter coefficient buffering unit is configured for broadcasting filter coefficients corresponding to the source image data to the multiply-accumulators; and the multiply-accumulator is configured for performing multiply-accumulation operation on the source image data and the filter coefficients, and outputting the multiply-accumulation result every F clocks. The interpolation apparatus of the present invention is reconfigurable and can support interpolation filters with any order, so it is universal.
