A method for manufacturing a display panel includes: providing a first substrate and an exposure system, wherein the exposure system includes a light source module and a first shielding unit; disposing the first shielding unit at a position between the first substrate and the light source module in the initial state; moving the first shielding unit along a first direction; moving the light source module to pass through the first shielding unit along a second direction different from the first direction, and exposing the first substrate to the light emitted by the light source module; moving the light source module along the opposite direction of the second direction; and moving the first shielding unit back to the position between the first substrate and the light source module along the opposite direction of the first direction.

Exposure system and method for manufacturing display panel using the same

An exposure system and a manufacturing method of a component of a display panel are disclosed. The exposure system includes a carrying device and a light source device. The carrying device carries the object. The light source device, including a plurality of lamp sets arranged along a first direction, emits light to irradiate the object. The lamp sets include a first lamp set and a second lamp set, which are disposed adjacent to each other. The first lamp set has a first lamp and a second lamp, which are extending along a second direction. The second lamp set has a third lamp and a fourth lamp, which are extending along the second direction. The first and second lamps are connected with a first junction, and the third and fourth lamps are connected with a second junction. The first junction and the second junction are misaligned on the first direction.

A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel having at least one pixel area is provided. The LCD panel includes a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer and a liquid crystal layer. The first electrode layer and the second electrode layer are disposed in the pixel area. The liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer. The liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal layer disposed adjacent to the first electrode layer have a first pre-tilt angle, and the liquid crystal molecules of the liquid crystal layer disposed adjacent to the second electrode layer have a second pre-tilt angle different from the first pre-tilt angle.

A pixel structure is provided. The pixel structure includes a substrate and an insulating layer on the substrate. The insulating layer includes a plane region. An electrode pattern is disposed on the insulating layer and located on the plane region. The electrode pattern includes a bottom layer and a plurality of protrusions connected to the bottom layer. The protrusions protrude from the top surface of the bottom layer towards a direction away from the substrate. The bottom layer covers the plane region. A plurality of slits are formed between the protrusions so as to expose portions of the bottom layer. A liquid-crystal display having the pixel structure is also provided.
