The present disclosure relates to a sensing-memory-computing synergy device, chip and electronic device. The said device comprises: at least one sensing-memory-computing synergy cell, wherein each sensing-memory-computing synergy cell comprises K sensing elements, where the first end of each sensing element is connected to wordline, the second end of each sensing element is connected to bitline, the sensing element can sense changes in external inputs, and K is an integer greater than or equal to zero; a control module which controls the voltages of each wordline and bitline so that the sensing-memory-computing synergy cell can perform desired operations, and sense the voltage or current on bitlines to obtain the operation results. The present embodiment of the disclosure implements the sensing-memory-computing synergy cell by sensing elements, which combines sensing and in-memory computing. The sensing elements gather sensor data from external inputs, and the sensing-memory-computing synergy operation is performed by controlling the voltages on wordlines and bitlines. The present embodiment of the disclosure enables the in-situ sensing, memory and computing functions in a device with decreased wiring and control complexity, which lowers the computing latency and improves robustness and energy efficiency.

A computing-in-memory array, chip and electronic device includes a computing-in-memory array including at least one computing-in-memory cell having a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, a fourth switch, a coupling capacitor, a first bitline, a second bitline, a third bitline, a first wordline, a second wordline and a third wordline; a control module connected to the computing-in-memory array, which controls the voltages of each wordline and bitline to read and write data through the computing-in-memory array, or to perform computing-in-memory operations. By arranging the first switch, the second switch, the third switch, and the fourth switch in a differential form, and determining the stored value by the difference of the voltage between the two ports of the second switch and the third switch, the present embodiment of the disclosure can implement computing-in-memory operations with high accuracy, low circuit complexity, high reliability, and high energy efficiency. For memory function, the computing-in-memory device has a long data retention time and low data refresh overhead.

Devices, chips, and electronic equipment for computing-in-memory

A tool for managing message notifications in a computing environment includes a computer determining a user receives a notification of a first message received in a collaboration application on a computing device of the user, and determining a topic for the first message. The computer then determines whether the user suppresses the notification of the first message, and if so, the computer stores the topic for the first message associated with an indication the user suppressed the notification for the collaboration application. The computer further determines a second message is received, determines a topic of the second message, and then determines whether the user previously suppressed the topic of the second message. If the user previously suppressed the topic of the second message, the computer suppresses a notification for the second message.

Managing message notifications in a computing environment

A method, computer program product, and system for information processing. A piece of text on user's current screen is received. An entry record of the user from a knowledge repository is read, the entry record at least including entry name and meaning of the entry name. A computer implemented method for selecting breakpoints for cross-layer debugging is provided. The method includes receiving code comprising a plurality of layers, and executing a static analysis of the code to obtain a use-definition (UD) chain, alias information, and a parameter mapping for each of the plurality of layers. The method also includes determining a statement of the code that produces one of an error and a failure, and generating a table comprising a plurality of fields including a working statement field, watching variable field, and a watching function field. The method includes adding the determined statement to the working statement field and performing a cross-layer analysis includes identifying at least one used variable and its associated alias as watching variables from the added working statement, searching the code based on the watching variable field. The method includes generating cross-layer suspect code points based on the cross-layer analysis.

Generating breakpoints for cross-layer debugging

There is provided a system, method and computer program product for integrating at least one analytical or modeling driver into an existing business analytic environment. The system comprises a BAMS (Business Analytics and Mathematical Sciences) driver, implemented on the memory device and run by the processor, loads a real database driver and redirects a request from a client application to the real database driver. An extension driver, invoked by the BAMS driver, provides an interface to a data modeling or processing software and converts the interface from a software environment compiled by a programming language to another software environment targeted to another programming language. The extension driver extends or overrides functionalities of the BAMS driver. Implementing the BAMS driver and the extension driver in the existing business analytic environment do not require any change made on the existing business analytic environment.
