An orthogonal projection of second capacitor in first color sub-pixel and an orthogonal projection of touch electrodes have a first auxiliary overlap area, an orthogonal projection of second capacitor in second color sub-pixel and orthogonal projection of the touch electrodes have a second auxiliary overlap area, an orthogonal projection of second capacitor in third color sub-pixel and orthogonal projection of touch electrodes have a third auxiliary overlap area. The first and/or second auxiliary overlap area is larger than the third auxiliary overlap area.

Display panel and display device

A display substrate is provided. The display substrate includes a base substrate including a display region and a peripheral region, a gate scan driving circuit, a light-emitting control scan driving circuit, a first power line, a first planarization layer, a second planarization layer and a first shielding layer and a second shielding layer. The first planarization layer and the second planarization layer further include an open slot. The second shielding layer extends from a region corresponding to the light-emitting control scan driving circuit to a region corresponding to the gate scan driving circuit and covers the open slot. In an area where the second shielding layer is close to the open slot, an orthographic projection of the second shielding layer covering the open slot on the base substrate at least overlaps with an orthographic projection of the first shielding layer on the base substrate.

An image sensor, a layout structure, and a control method are provided. The image sensor includes multiple pixel blocks arranged in rows and columns. Each pixel block includes: at least one photosensitive unit connected between a floating diffusion active region and a first reference voltage; a reset transistor with a control terminal and a second terminal; a gain control transistor with a control terminal, a first terminal, and a second terminal; a source follower transistor with a control terminal and a second terminal; a select transistor with a control terminal, a first terminal, and a second terminal. Two adjacent pixel blocks in the same column share the same select transistor and the same reset transistor, or two groups each composed of two adjacent pixel blocks in three adjacent pixel blocks in the same column share the same select transistor and the same reset transistor, respectively.

Provided are a display substrate, a manufacturing method thereof and a display apparatus. The display substrate includes multiple sub-pixels, wherein each sub-pixel includes a light-emitting region and a non-light-emitting region, and each sub-pixel is provided with a drive circuit; the drive circuit includes a storage capacitor and multiple transistors; for each sub-pixel, the multiple transistors are in the non-light-emitting region, the storage capacitor is a transparent capacitor, and an orthographic projection of the storage capacitor on a base substrate coincides with the light-emitting region. A first electrode of the storage capacitor is disposed in a same layer as an active layer of the multiple transistors, but in a different layer from source and drain electrodes of the multiple transistors, and a second electrode of the storage capacitor is on a side of the first electrode close to the base substrate.

The conductive light-shielding structure includes a first main body portion and a first recessed portion, an average thickness of the first recessed portion is smaller than an average thickness of the first main body portion.
