A MEMS device includes a first multi-layer structure, a second multi-layer structure over the first multi-layer structure, a first semiconductor layer between the first and second multilayer structures, a first air gap separating the first multi-layer structure and the first semiconductor layer, a second air gap separating the first semiconductor layer and the second multi-layer structure, a plurality of semiconductor pillars, and a plurality of second semiconductor pillars. The first semiconductor pillars are exposed to the first air gap, and coupled to the first semiconductor layer and the first multi-layer structure. The second semiconductor pillars are exposed to the second air gap, and coupled to the first semiconductor layer and the second multi-layer structure.

Microelectromechanical system device

An under-screen fingerprint sensing device and a fingerprint sensing method are provided. The under-screen fingerprint sensing device includes a fingerprint sensor and a processor. When the fingerprint sensor senses a target object, a first color pixel, a second color pixel, and a third color pixel of the fingerprint sensor respectively output a first color original value, a second color original value, and a third color original value. The processor performs FFC on the first color original value, the second color original value, and the third color original value respectively to generate a first color correction value, a second color correction value, and a third color correction value. The processor determines whether the target object is a real finger according to the first color correction value, the second color correction value, and the third color correction value.

Under-screen fingerprint sensing device and fingerprint sensing method

A method for forming a MEMS device includes following operations. A first semiconductor layer is formed over a substrate. A plurality of first pillars are formed over the first layer. A second layer is formed over the first pillars and the first layer. A plurality of second pillars are formed over the second layer. A third layer is formed over the second pillars and the second layer.

Method for forming semiconductor device

An under-screen fingerprint sensing device and fingerprint sensing method are provided. The under-screen fingerprint sensing device includes a fingerprint sensor and a processor. The processor performs a first FFC on a first color original value, a second color original value, and a third color original value provided by the fingerprint sensor to determine whether a target object is a real finger. When the processor determines that the target object is an unreal finger, the processor performs a second FFC on the first color original value, the second color original value, and the third color original value to determine again whether the target object is the real finger.

An anti-counterfeiting method and a system for under-screen fingerprint identification are provided. A fingerprint sensing apparatus includes a display device and a fingerprint sensor, and the method includes the following steps. A fingerprint sensing image is captured for an object on the display device through the fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint sensing image is calibrated by using a color calibration parameter to generate a calibrated image. Whether the object is a real finger is determined by using an anti-counterfeiting algorithm and the calibrated image.

Anti-counterfeiting method and system for under-screen fingerprint identification

An electronic apparatus and an operating method thereof are provided. The electronic apparatus includes an optical fingerprint sensor and a processor. The optical fingerprint sensor is configured to obtain a fingerprint image. The processor is coupled to the optical fingerprint sensor and analyzes the fingerprint image to calculate at least one of a color pixel ratio and a light reflectance corresponding to the fingerprint image. The processor searches a background database according to at least one of the color pixel ratio and the light reflectance to obtain a background image. The processor corrects the fingerprint image according to the background image to obtain a corrected fingerprint image.

Electronic apparatus and operating method thereof

A micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) microphone includes a first membrane, a second membrane, a third membrane disposed between the first membrane and the second membrane, a first cavity disposed between the first membrane and the third membrane and surrounded by a first wall, a second cavity disposed between the second membrane and the third membrane and surrounded by a second wall, and one or more first supports disposed in the first cavity and connecting the first membrane and the third membrane.

Sensor device and manufacturing method thereof

A sensor device includes a microelectromechanical system (MEMS) force sensor, and a capacitive acceleration sensor. In the method of manufacturing the sensor device, a sensor portion of the MEMS force sensor is prepared over a front surface of a first substrate. The sensor portion includes a piezo-resistive element and a front electrode. A bottom electrode and a first electrode are formed on a back surface of the first substrate. A second substrate having an electrode pad and a second electrode to the bottom of the first substrate are attached such that the bottom electrode is connected to the electrode pad and the first electrode faces the second electrode with a space therebetween.

A MEMS device includes a first layer and a second layer including a same material, a third layer disposed between the first layer and the second layer, a first air gap separating the first layer and the third layer, a second air gap separating the second layer and the third layer, a plurality of first pillars exposed to the first air gap and arranged in contact with the first layer and the third layer, a plurality of second pillars exposed to the second air gap and arranged in contact with the second layer and the third layer.

A semiconductor structure includes a first substrate, a second substrate disposed over the first substrate, and including a first surface, a second surface opposite to the first surface, a via portion extending between the first surface and the second surface, a first through hole and a second through hole, and a device disposed over the second surface, and including a dielectric layer, a backplate at least partially exposed from the dielectric layer and a membrane at least partially exposed from the dielectric layer and disposed between the backplate and the first substrate, wherein the via portion is disposed within the second through hole, and the dielectric layer is bonded with the second substrate, and the device is electrically connected to the first substrate through the via portion.

Semiconductor structure and manufacturing method thereof

A semiconductor structure includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a first sensing structure over the first substrate, and between the first substrate and the second substrate, a via extending through the second substrate, and a second sensing structure over the second substrate, and including an interconnect structure electrically connected with the via, and a sensing material at least partially covering the interconnect structure.

An apparatus for collecting, processing, and recycling kitchen scraps is provided. Kitchen scraps are thrown into a throw-in conduit provided on each floor of a building and transferred to a delivery conduit by a flushing device so as to reach a kitchen scraps collection device and be processed thereby. After the kitchen scraps are processed by the kitchen scraps collection device, a liquid removed from the kitchen scraps is further processed by a grease interception device so that oil is separated from the liquid. Thus, the apparatus collects, processes collectively, and performs water/oil separation on kitchen scraps.
