The at least two first bonding pins are located farthest away from the at least one central bonding pin and have mirror symmetry with respect to the at least one central bonding pin. The at least one central bonding pin includes a first end and a second end. A first width A of the first end and a second width B of the second end satisfy 0&#x3c;A/B&#x2264;1. A tilt angle &#x3b8; is formed between one of the at least two first bonding pins and one side of the substrate and satisfies 0&#x3c;&#x3b8;&#x2264;90.

Bonding pad structure for electronic device and manufacturing method thereof

A bonding structure includes a substrate, a first sensing electrode layer, a second sensing electrode layer, an optical film layer, and a protective layer. The substrate has opposite first and second surfaces. A sensing area and a bonding area are defined on the substrate. The first sensing electrode layer is disposed on the first surface. The second sensing electrode layer is disposed on the second surface. The optical film layer covers the first sensing electrode layer and has a first bonding opening located in the bonding area. The protective layer covers the second sensing electrode layer and has a second bonding opening located in the bonding area. The first and second bonding openings respectively expose a part of the first sensing electrode layer and a part of the second sensing electrode layer and are misaligned in a direction perpendicular to the first or second surface.

Bonding structure and electronic device

An electronic device includes a substrate and a flexible printed circuit board. The substrate includes a plurality of first pins disposed on the substrate. The flexible printed circuit board includes a plurality of second pins disposed on the flexible printed circuit board. The first pins and the second pins are bonded to each other to form a plurality of bonding points. The bonding points include at least one central bonding point and at least one first bonding point. The at least one central bonding point is located in a central area of the electronic device. The at least one first bonding point is located in a first area of the electronic device. The first area is located outside the central area. A line width of the at least one first bonding point is greater than a line width of the at least one central bonding point.

Electronic device and method for manufacturing electronic device

A touch sensing layer includes a first-axis conductive unit, a second-axis conductive unit, and at least one dummy electrode. The first-axis conductive unit substantially extends along a first axial direction. The second-axis conductive unit substantially extends along a second axial direction and includes two conductive electrodes and a conductive bridge. The two conductive electrodes are respectively located at opposite sides of the first-axis conductive unit. The conductive bridge crosses the first-axis conductive unit and is connected to the two conductive electrodes. The dummy electrode includes at least one part located in a gap formed between the first-axis conductive unit and one of the two conductive electrodes.

Touch sensing layer and touch panel

A touch panel includes a substrate, a photosensitive layer, a metal nanowire layer and a photosensitive conductive layer. The metal nanowire layer and the photosensitive layer are formed on a display area and a peripheral area of the substrate. The photosensitive conductive layer is formed on the metal nanowire layer on the peripheral area. A removal region and a reserved region of both the photosensitive conductive layer and the photosensitive layer are defined by an exposure process. At the display area, the photosensitive layer and the metal nanowire layer in the removal region are removed by a developer to form a touch sensing electrode. At the peripheral area, the photosensitive conductive layer, the photosensitive layer and the metal nanowire layer in the removal region are removed by a developer to form a peripheral conductive trace. The touch sensing electrode is electrically connected to the peripheral conductive trace.

Touch panel and manufacturing method thereof

A touch panel includes a driving layer and a sensing layer. The driving layer has a first top surface and a driving layer edge. The first top surface has at least one first connecting region. The driving layer edge surrounds the first connecting region and there is a first distance between the first connecting region and the driving layer edge. The sensing layer is disposed on the first top surface of the driving layer. The second top surface of sensing layer away from the driving layer has at least one second connecting region. The sensing layer edge of the sensing layer surrounds the second connecting region, and there is a second distance between the sensing layer edge and the at least one second connecting region.

The present disclosure provides a touch-sensing electrode structure, which includes a plurality of touch-sensing electrodes. Each of the touch-sensing electrodes includes a main body and a connecting portion connected to an end of the main body; wherein the width of the connecting portion is not less than a half width of the end of the main body. The touch-sensing electrode structure also includes a plurality of signal-transmitting wires, each of which includes a head portion and a tail wire connected to the head portion. The head portions of the signal-transmitting wires is superimposed on the connecting portions and electrically connected to the connecting portions respectively. Furthermore, a method of manufacturing the above touch-sensing electrode structure is also provided.

The present disclosure provides a touch panel, including a substrate, at least one sensing electrode layer, a wire layer, a first light-shielding layer and a second light-shielding layer. The substrate has a visible region and a non-visible region. The wire layer corresponds to the non-visible region, wherein the wire layer includes signal lines and at least one gap therebetween, the signal lines electrically connect the sensing electrode layer. The first light-shielding layer is disposed within the non-visible region and between the substrate and the wire layer, wherein the first light-shielding layer includes at least one recess and a position of the recess corresponds to a position of the gap. The second light-shielding layer corresponds to the recess, wherein an area covered by the second light-shielding layer is equal to or greater than an aperture of the recess. The present disclosure also provides a method for manufacturing a touch panel.

A touch panel including a flexible substrate, first and second electrode patterns and a trace structure is mounted inside a casing unit with a main casing and a side frame connected to a periphery of the main casing and provided with a key icon. A manufacturing method for forming a touch device is disclosed. A substrate having a viewing region is provided. A plurality of first sensing electrodes are spaced apart from each other on the substrate corresponding to the viewing region. An insulating layer is formed on the plurality of first sensing electrodes. A plurality of second sensing electrodes are transfer-printed onto the insulating layer, wherein the plurality of second sensing electrodes are spaced apart from each other, and wherein the plurality of first sensing electrodes are in a staggered arrangement with the plurality of second sensing electrodes and insulated from the plurality of second sensing electrodes by the insulating layer. A touch device is also disclosed.

Touch device and manufacturing method thereof

A manufacturing method of a touch device is disclosed. A substrate having a viewing region is provided. A plurality of first sensing electrodes and a plurality of second sensing electrodes insulated from and in a staggered arrangement with the plurality of first sensing electrodes are formed on the substrate corresponding to the viewing region, wherein a plurality of jumper regions are defined between the adjacent second sensing electrodes. An insulating layer is formed on the plurality of first sensing electrodes and the plurality of second sensing electrodes. A plurality of jumpers is transfer-printed onto the insulating layer, wherein the plurality of jumpers is electrically connected to the adjacent second sensing electrodes and insulated from the first sensing electrodes by the insulating layer.
