A radio frequency power amplifier with harmonic control circuit as well as method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment, a radio frequency power amplifier includes: a planar dielectric substrate, a first conductive layer and a second conducting layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on a first side of the planar dielectric substrate. The second conducting layer is disposed on a second side of the planar dielectric substrate. The first conductive layer has a pattern comprising one or more harmonic control circuits. The second conductive layer acts as a ground plane. The second side of the planar dielectric substrate is opposite to the first side of the planar dielectric substrate.

Radio frequency power amplifier with harmonic control circuit as well as method for manufacturing the same

A balun and a method for manufacturing the same are disclosed. According to an embodiment, the balun comprises a substrate, and a first and a second coplanar waveguide (CPW) couplers which are disposed on the substrate and cascaded with each other. Each CPW coupler comprises two first ground planes disposed on a first side of the substrate, a first microstrip line and at least two second microstrip lines which are disposed on the first side of the substrate between the two first ground planes, and at least one third microstrip line that is disposed on an opposite side of the substrate. The first microstrip line and the at least two second microstrip lines can be coupled with each other by electromagnetic coupling. The at least one third microstrip line electrically connects the at least two second microstrip lines with each other by via-holes.

Balun and method for manufacturing the same

The present disclosure provides a locating element detection method, device and medium, and relates to object detection technologies and is applicable for autonomous parking scenarios. The method includes: obtaining a circular-scanning stitched image around a vehicle; detect the circular-scanning stitched image to determine at least one locating element existing on ambient ground of the vehicle and a semantic type to which each pixel on the circular-scanning stitched image belongs; and performing matching and fusion on the at least one locating element based on the semantic type to obtain a locating element detection result.

According to an embodiment, a voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR) detection apparatus, comprising: a signal processing circuit with 1-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) functionality configured to receive a forward coupled signal in a transmission line of an antenna system, receive a reverse coupled signal in the transmission line of the antenna system, detect the forward coupled signal and the reverse coupled signal, convert the forward detected signal and the reverse detected signal to an analog voltage signal mapped to a return loss value, convert by the 1-bit ADC the analog voltage signal into a digital pulse train and output the digital pulse train to a digital interface of a processing device or unit.

Apparatus and method for transmission system

A method and an apparatus for envelope shaping of a multi-carrier signal in envelope tracking transmission are disclosed. According to an embodiment, a baseband version of an envelope portion belonging to each of multiple carriers in the multi-carrier signal is positioned such that a frequency spacing between adjacent positioned envelope portions is smaller than that between corresponding adjacent carriers. The positioned envelope portions are combined into a composite envelope. The composite envelope is shaped. The shaped composite envelope is split into baseband versions of shaped envelope portions belonging to the multiple carriers. The baseband versions of each shaped envelope portion is repositioned such that a frequency spacing between adjacent repositioned envelope portions is equal to that between corresponding adjacent carriers.
