A method of performing foil sleeking after printing for UV inkjet printer is disclosed, which comprises steps of: positioning a workpiece with printed patterns or words; then printing an undercoat layer on areas to be foil-sleeked of the patterns or words, then irradiate the undercoat by a UV lamp with a low irradiation intensity to allow the undercoat layer to form a viscosity; and finally sticking a foil on the undercoat layer.

During output of the varnish, varnish outputted on a substrate in the npass is passed under the side UV light irradiation device with a lower UV irradiation power during or after the n+1pass performed by the UV inkjet printer for shaping or temporarily not curing, and then during or after the next pass, the varnish is passed under the front UV light irradiation device with a higher UV irradiation power for complete curing, thereby increasing production yield.

A multi-pass UV inkjet printer for outputting high glossy varnish and a printing method using the same includes providing a side UV light irradiation device at a side of an inkjet module and a front UV light irradiation device in front of the inkjet module not overlapped by a varnish print head. A digital inkjet flatbed printer having a separate laser processing machine includes a laser processing machine and a digital inkjet printer. The laser processing machine is provided with a laser output module and a laser processing platform. The digital inkjet printer includes an inkjet output module and an inkjet operating platform. The inkjet operating platform is capable of movably ascending from and descending onto the digital inkjet printer. Digital inkjet printing method capable of imparting transparent color to UV-curable transparent ink

A method for an ultraviolet (UV) inkjet printer to generate an irregular transparent matte particle surface and a completed printing object thereof are provided. After a pattern is printed on a substrate, an inkjet module is enabled to perform first transparent ink spraying on an entire pattern region with UV lights on, so as to form a first transparent color layer on the pattern, and then perform second transparent ink spraying on an entire region of the first transparent color layer with the UV lights off. After the spraying, the inkjet module is enabled to move back and forth above all printing regions of the substrate with the UV lights on, so as to form a second transparent color layer having irregular transparent matte particles on the first transparent color layer.

Method for UV inkjet printer to generate irregular transparent matte particle surface and completed printing object thereof

A method for printing on a shiny surface by a UV inkjet printer with transparency and high color density is described. Steps of the method include: (a) according to a conveying direction of a workpiece, dividing the workpiece with a reflective film into a plurality of continuous printing areas; (b) performing a printing operation on each printing area of the reflective film of the workpiece for at least three times; and (c) turning on a UV lamp at one side of an inkjet module when a final printing operation is performed on each printing area, to cure ink jetted from the inkjet module, thereby enabling the reflective film of the workpiece to still retain high shininess and high transparency after printing of the workpiece with a transparent reflective film surface is completed, and enabling a pattern printed thereon to have high color density.

Method for printing on a shiny surface by a UV inkjet printer with transparency and high color density

A spacing-sensing apparatus for use in a printing module of printer is disclosed. The spacing-sensing apparatus includes an oscillating device pivotally disposed on the frame of printing module, wherein the oscillating device has a swing body designed to be rotatably disposed on the lateral plate of the frame, and one end of the swing body is capable of making contact with the surface of a print media when the printing module descends to a predetermined distance from the printing module to the print media, allowing rotation of the other end thereof to trigger switch means for stopping the descending of printing module.
