A display apparatus is provided. The display apparatus includes a display module and multiple light-emitting driving circuits. Each of the light-emitting driving circuits includes a timing control circuit and a driving circuit. The timing control circuit receives multiple clock signals and a previous light-emitting timing signal to provide a light-emitting timing signal and an internal voltage. The driving circuit receives a first phase signal among multiple phase signals and the internal voltage to provide a light-emitting driving signal to the display module based on the first phase signal and the internal voltage. The phase signals all present disabled levels during a vertical blank period.

Display apparatus

A display panel includes a data line and a pixel circuit under test. Pixel circuit under test is coupled to data line, and is configured to receive a first detecting signal from a detecting signal source and receive a second detecting signal from a pixel data signal source. Pixel circuit under test is configured to generate a driving current to read the first detecting signal and the second detecting signal so as to generate a detection result signal. Pixel circuit under test includes a luminous element and a bypass circuit. Luminous element is configured to emit a light according to the driving current. Bypass circuit is coupled to luminous element and data line, and is configured to transmit the detection result signal to detecting signal source through data line according to a test control signal so that detecting signal source determines whether pixel circuit under test is abnormal.

Display panel and display device for abnormal detection

A bi-directional optical module includes a substrate, at least one first light-emitting diode (LED), and at least one second LED. The first LED is disposed on a surface of the substrate. The first LED has a first reflection surface and a first light-outlet surface that are opposite to each other, and the first light-outlet surface is away from the substrate relative to the first reflection surface. The second LED is disposed on the same surface of the substrate. The second LED has a second reflection surface and a second light-outlet surface that are opposite to each other, and the second light-outlet surface is close to the substrate relative to the second reflection surface. The substrate has at least one light-transparent area that is not occupied by the first LED and the second LED.

Bi-directional optical module and transparent display apparatus using the same

A display apparatus, including a substrate, a conductive structure, a pixel unit, a signal line, a transmission line, and a repair structure, is provided. The substrate has a first surface, a second surface, and a through hole. The conductive structure is disposed in the through hole. The pixel unit is disposed on the first surface. The pixel unit includes first, second, third, and fourth connection pads, a driving element, and a light-emitting element. The light-emitting element is electrically connected to the first and second connection pads. The signal line is disposed on the first surface. The driving element is electrically connected to the first and third connection pads through the signal line. The transmission line is disposed on the second surface and electrically connected to the second or fourth connection pad at least through the conductive structure. The repair structure is disposed between the transmission line and the conductive structure.

Display apparatus and manufacturing method thereof

A display device includes pixel driving circuits. A first pixel driving circuit includes a light emitting element, first and second driving units and a control unit. The light emitting element emits light according to a current. The first driving unit generates the current. The second driving unit drives the first driving unit to adjust the current according to a first scanning signal. The control unit controls the first driving unit to adjust the current according to a first light emitting signal. The first scanning signal has first slope to third slopes during first to third periods, respectively. The first to third slopes are different from each other. The first light emitting signal has an enable voltage level during the first and third periods, and has a disable voltage level during the second period. The first to third periods are arranged continuously in order.

Pixel driving circuit, display device and operating method thereof

A driving method applicable to a display device, in which the display device includes multiple pixel circuits, and the method includes: adjusting multiple control signals according to a first display data such that the pixel circuits generate a first frame; receiving a second display data generated after the display data; and adjusting the control signals according to a time duration of the first frame such that the pixel circuits generate a second frame, where brightness for each of the pixel circuits is proportional to a duty ratio of one of the corresponding control signals, and an increment for the duty ratio of one of the corresponding control signals in the second frame is negatively correlated to a difference between a ratio of a preset time period to the time duration of the first frame and a ratio of the preset time period to the time duration of the second frame.

A device substrate comprising a substrate, a first pad, a second pad, a plurality of first power lines, a plurality of second power lines, and a plurality of control units is provided. The first pad is disposed on the first side of the device substrate. The second pad is disposed on the second side of the device substrate. The second side is opposite the first side. The first power lines are electrically connected to the first pad. The second power lines are electrically connected to the second pad. The control unit is electrically connected to at least one of the first power line and the second power line. The first pad does not overlap the second pad in a first direction perpendicular to the first side or in a second direction perpendicular to the second side. A display panel is also provided. A tiled display is also provided.

Device substrate, display panel and tiled display comprising arrangement of power lines and pads

A display panel and a pixel circuit of the display panel are provided. The pixel circuit includes a driving transistor and a light-emitting time length modulator. The driving transistor has a control terminal receiving a pulse width control signal and an amplitude control signal, and the driving transistor generates a driving signal. In a first time period, the light-emitting time length modulator modulates a time length of a plurality of second time periods for providing the driving signal to a light-emitting device according to a light-emitting time control signal.

Display panel and pixel circuit thereof

A display device including a driving chip and a pixel array is provided. The driving chip is configured to provide multiple emission control signals according to a data input. A pixel array is coupled with the driving chip. M pixel circuits of the pixel array are configured to emit light respectively in M periods, and M is a positive integer. In a corresponding period of the M periods, the driving chip determines a first time length which one of the multiple emission control signals has a first voltage level, and one of the M pixel circuits emits light, in the corresponding period, for a light emission time length corresponding to the first time length.

Driving chip and display device having the same

A pixel structure includes a first TFT, an adhesive layer, an LED, and a detection conductive layer. The first TFT is coupled to a conductive layer and is configured to transmit display data to the conductive layer. The adhesive layer covers the conductive layer. The LED is disposed on the adhesive layer. The detection conductive layer is disposed on the adhesive layer, and the detection conductive layer, the adhesive layer, and the conductive layer constitute a detection capacitor. Here, a thickness of the detection conductive layer is equal to or slightly greater than a height of the LED.

Pixel structure

A pixel structure includes at least one sub-pixel. The sub-pixel includes a substrate, a first micro light-emitting element, a repair micro light-emitting element, a first connecting line, a second connecting line, and a bridge pattern. The first micro light-emitting element is disposed on the substrate. The repair micro light-emitting element is disposed on the first micro light-emitting element and partially overlaps the first micro light-emitting element in a vertical direction of the substrate. The first connecting line is electrically connected to a first electrode of the first micro light-emitting element and a third semiconductor layer of the repair micro light-emitting element. The second connecting line is electrically connected to a second electrode of the first micro light-emitting element. The bridge pattern is located between the first micro light-emitting element and the repair micro light-emitting element, and is electrically connected to the second electrode and a fourth semiconductor layer of the repair micro light-emitting element.

A display device includes a substrate, a first pixel circuit, a second pixel circuit, a third pixel circuit, a protective layer, a first conductive structure, a second conductive structure, a third conductive structure, first light emitting diodes (LEDs), second LEDs and third LEDs. The first pixel circuit, the second pixel circuit and the third pixel circuit are located on the substrate. The second pixel circuit is located between the first pixel circuit and the third pixel circuit. The protective layer covers the first pixel circuit, the second pixel circuit and the third pixel circuit. The first conductive structure is electrically connected to the first pixel circuit through the first opening of the protective layer. The first LEDs are overlapped with the first pixel circuit and the second pixel circuit. The first LEDs are electrically connected to the first conductive structure.

Display device

A pixel circuit applied to an uLED display including a LED, a first transistor&#x2dc;a sixth transistor and a capacitor. The LED is coupled between a first voltage and a first node. The first transistor is coupled between the first node and a second node. The second transistor is coupled between the second node and a second voltage lower than the first voltage. The third transistor is coupled between a third voltage and a third node. The fourth transistor is coupled between the third node and a fourth node. The fifth transistor is coupled between the fourth node and a fourth voltage. A terminal of the sixth transistor is coupled to the first node. The capacitor is coupled between the second node and the fourth node. The fourth transistor is controlled by a second control signal. The third transistor, the fifth transistor and the sixth transistor are controlled by a third control signal.

Pixel circuit and operating method thereof

A light emitting diode includes an N-type semiconductor layer, a P-type semiconductor layer, and a light emitting layer. The P-type semiconductor layer is located on the N-type semiconductor layer. The light emitting layer is located between the N-type semiconductor layer and the P-type semiconductor layer. The N-type semiconductor layer has a first region and a second region connected to each other. The first region is overlapped with the light emitting layer and the P-type semiconductor layer in a first direction. The second region is not overlapped with the light emitting layer and the P-type semiconductor layer in the first direction. A sheet resistance of the P-type semiconductor layer is smaller than a sheet resistance of the N-type semiconductor layer.

Light emitting diode

An operating method of a display device includes: forming a plurality of capacitors between a plurality of monitor lines of a display device and a plurality of power lines of the display device via a plurality of light-emitting diodes; and performing touch sensing by using the capacitors. The light-emitting diodes are arranged in a matrix. A plurality of control switches of the display device is arranged in the matrix, and is electrically coupled to a plurality of first terminals of the light-emitting diodes, respectively. The monitor lines are electrically coupled to the first terminals of the light-emitting diodes, respectively. The power lines are electrically coupled to a plurality of second terminals of the light-emitting diodes, respectively.
