An electric vehicle transmission mechanism which is applied to drive a chain wheel of an electric vehicle is provided. The electric vehicle transmission mechanism includes a transmission shaft, an output shaft, a lower bearing and an upper bearing. The transmission shaft is connected to the chain wheel and has a transmission axial direction, and the transmission shaft includes a transmission portion. The output shaft includes an output portion engaged with the transmission portion, and the output shaft has an output axial direction substantially perpendicular to the transmission axial direction. The lower bearing is sleeved on the output shaft. The upper bearing is sleeved on the output shaft and located between the lower bearing and the output portion.

Electric vehicle transmission mechanism and electric vehicle

A power tool has a clamping mechanism having an assembling mount and two clamping blocks. The assembling mount has a main body, a receiving recess defined in the main body, two first limiting troughs communicating with the receiving recess, and a through hole defined through a bottom of the receiving recess. The two clamping blocks are disposed in the receiving recess. Each one of the two clamping blocks has an abutting face corresponding to the bottom of the receiving recess in shape and facing to the bottom of the receiving recess. One of the two clamping blocks has two limiting ribs respectively inserted in the two first limiting troughs. The two limiting ribs respectively guided and blocked by the two first limiting troughs to prevent the clamping block from sliding downward along the bottom of the receiving recess.

Power tool

A power wrench includes an output spindle and a socket member. The output spindle has an axial through hole that extends through the output spindle and that open at two axially opposite ends of the output spindle. The socket member is connected to one of the axially opposite ends and has a first socket hole aligned with the axial through hole and configured to engage a nut or the like. The axial through hole is configured to permit passage of a bolt when the nut is tightened by the socket member.

Power wrench

A power operated dispensing tool includes a housing having a material packing receiving space, and a rod disposed within and movable relative to the housing and having a plunger head that is disposed in the material packing receiving space. The rod is operably coupled to a power transmitting mechanism so as to make a forward movement driven by a power of a motor through the power transmitting mechanism to discharge a dispensing material in the material packing receiving space. The rod has an initiating portion disposed to actuate a sensing member in the housing to deactivate the motor when the rod is moved forwardly to a first stop position. The rod can be moved manually to a second stop position to project the plunger head outwardly so as to permit a plunger kit to be attached thereto.

Power operated dispensing tool

A medical electric tool has a grip portion and a driving portion. The grip portion has a combining protrusion, two combining channels, and a locking device. The combining channels are defined respectively in two sides of the combining protrusion. The locking device is mounted in the combining protrusion and has two locking blocks and two recoil springs. Each locking block has an engaging segment. The engaging segment is formed on one end of the locking block and extends into one of the combining channels. The driving portion is detachably mounted on the combining protrusion on the grip portion and has a bottom face and two engaging ribs. Each engaging rib has an end provided with an engaging hook selectively engaging with the engaging segment of a corresponding one of the locking blocks.

Detachable medical electric tool

An electric caulking gun has a body and an actuating assembly. The body has a pushing shaft, a motor, a gearbox, a transmission device, a circuit board and a switch. The gearbox has a sun gear with multiple mounting slots. The actuating assembly is mounted in the body, is connected to the switch and engages the sun gear and has a connecting arm, a linking arm, an actuating element, an oscillating arm and a pressing button. The connecting arm is pivotally connected to the switch. The linking arm is connected to the connecting arm. The actuating element is mounted in the body, selectively engages one of the mounting slots and has a wedge mount and an engaging block. The oscillating arm is connected to the body and is connected to the connecting arm. The pressing button is movably mounted in the body and is connected to the oscillating arm.

Electric caulking gun

An electrical caulking gun has a gun body and a clutching device. The clutching device has a clutching switch, a linking lever, a clutching block and a block spring. The clutching switch is mounted on the gun body and has a pressed segment and a pushing segment having an inclined pushing surface. The linking lever is pivotally mounted in the gun body and has an abutting end and a pushing end. The abutting end abuts with the pushing surface of the clutching switch. The clutching block has an inclined pushed surface and an engaging rod. The engaging rod detachably engages a transmission device of the caulking gun. The block spring provides a force to push the engaging rod on the clutching block to engage the transmission device.

Electrical caulking gun

A rechargeable motor-driven ratchet wrench having power-off protection of the present invention includes a motor, a rechargeable battery and a power-off protection device. When the loaded current of the motor exceeds a set default value of a reference circuit, the power-off protection device disconnects the power supply of the rechargeable battery, so as to stop the motor operation. With the circuit design of the power-off protection device, the ratchet wrench can be ensured to provide usage safety and also usage lifespan of the ratchet wrench can be extended.

An electric caulking gun has a body, a gearbox, a caulking barrel, a pushing device, a driving assembly, an actuating assembly, a motor and a power source. The body has a mounting section and a handle section. The gearbox is mounted in the body and has a seat and a mounting sheath. The caulking barrel is connected to the gearbox. The pushing device is connected movably to the gearbox and has a rack, a linking sheet, two pushing shafts and a pushing disc. The driving assembly is mounted in the gearbox. The actuating assembly is mounted between the gearbox and the body. The motor is mounted in the body between the mounting section and the mounting sheath of the gearbox. The power source is connected detachable to the handle section of the body.

An electric grinding gun has a body, a gear reduction device, a holding cap, and an actuating device. The body has a casing, a rechargeable battery, a protective circuit board, a switch, a trigger, a motor, a cooling fin and a mounting barrel. The gear reduction device is rotatably mounted in the mounting barrel and has a seat, two planet gears and a gear ring. The seat is rotatably mounted in the mounting barrel and has a shaft hole, two gear recesses and a connecting axle. The holding cap is securely mounted around the mounting barrel to hold the gear reduction device in the mounting barrel and has an inner thread and a through hole. The actuating device is connected detachably to the seat of the gear reduction device and has a panel and an adhering layer.

Electric grinding gun

An electrical hand tool has a tool assembly, a battery pack and an adjusting device. The tool assembly has a body with an internal mechanism. The battery pack is adjustably connected to the body and is electrically connected to the internal mechanism. The adjusting device has an adjusting base, an adjusting post, a locking knob and a biasing member. The adjusting base is rotatably attached to the body and is attached to the battery pack in a non-rotatable manner. The adjusting post is mounted between the adjusting base and the body and has a positioning collar provided with multiple positioning notches. The locking knob is moveably attached to the adjusting base and has a locking stub held in one of the positioning notches. In such an arrangement, the battery pack that can be adjusted in position to make the hand tool convenient and versatile in use.

Cordless electric ratchet wrench

An electrical ratchet wrench has a body, a motor, a battery set, a switch, a planet gear assembly, a connecting collar, a head and a ratcheting device. The motor is received in the body and has an output shaft with a pinion. The battery set is detachably received in the body and is electrically connected to the motor. The switch is electrically connected between the motor and the battery set. The planet gear assembly is received in the body and has a rotating base, a stub, multiple planet gears and a stationary collar. The connecting collar securely holds the stationary collar in the connecting collar. The ratcheting device is received in the head for driving a fastener to rotate and has a driven shaft connected to the stub on the rotating base. Accordingly, a cordless electrical ratchet wrench is provided and is convenient in use.

A tool housing with protective pads for an electrical tool has a housing body and two protectors. The housing body has two sides, a motor housing body and a handle housing body. The handle housing body is formed on the motor housing body. The protectors are mounted respectively on the housing body and each has a first protective pad, a second protective pad and a third protective pad. The pads are made of elastic material, can absorb shocks to prevent the housing body from damaging to improve the useful life of the electrical tool.
