The present invention provides a plasma device for skin repair, which includes a plasma head, a power supply, a gas supply source, and a control box. The plasma head includes an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve which are sleeved together. The inner sleeve has a first bottom portion having several first through holes. The outer sleeve has a second bottom portion having several second through holes. A gap is formed between the first bottom portion and the second bottom portion. The power supply is configured to provide 13.56 MHz to 54 MHz radio frequency power to generate a discharge in the gap. The gas supply source is configured to provide reaction gas into the gap, and plasma is formed by the reaction gas under the discharge. The control box is configured to control operating parameters of the plasma head, the power supply, and the gas supply source.

Plasma device for skin treatment

An embedding sensor module includes a cylinder and at least one flake sensor. A fluid tank is surrounded by the cylinder. The cylinder has a plurality of orifice connected to the fluid tank. The flake sensor is embedded in the fluid tank.

Embedded sensor module and sensing device

A solution property sensor is provided and has: a substrate, a temperature sensing element, an electrical conductivity sensing element, a pH value sensing element, and a reference electrode. The solution property sensor utilizes different sensing elements to sense various solution properties, and all of these sensing elements can be electrically connected and fixed to conductive patterns on the same substrate, thereby facilitating mass production in the industry or reducing production difficulty.

An automatic cell isolation and collection system for sorting out target cells from a sample includes a crush module, a centrifuge module, a transport module, and a control unit. The centrifuge module includes centrifuge tubes and a magnetic mechanism providing a magnetically attractive force to at least one of the centrifuge tubes. The control unit electrically communicates with the crush module, the centrifuge module, and the transport module, and controls operation of the crush module, transport of the sample via the transport module after the sample is crushed by the crush module, centrifugation of the centrifuge module, and operation of the magnetic mechanism for providing the magnetically attractive force.

Automatic cell isolation and collection system

A thread-based microfluidic guiding system is provided and includes a substrate, two fiber threads arranged on the substrate in a cross manner. The two fiber threads are used as physical guiding pathways to guide a sample fluid and a buffer fluid, respectively. The two fiber threads have capillary action, so that the sample fluid, the buffer fluid or a mixture fluid thereof can flow along fiber surfaces of the two fiber threads, which can be pre-treated by plasma. The thread-based microfluidic guiding system of the present invention is different from recessed microfluidic channel structures, and can simplify system structure, lower manufacture cost, accelerate detection operation and enhance detection sensitivity.

Thread-based microfluidic guiding system

An objective-type dark-field illumination device for a microfluidic channel is provided and includes an optical stop having a pair of symmetric curved slits used to adjust the optical path and inner numerical aperture of a dark-field light source generated by the device. The dark-field illumination can focus on a smaller spot to illuminate a sample in the microfluidic channel by matching a pin-hole combined with a transmitter objective lens. The optical path and smaller spot is advantageous to solve the problem of a traditional dark-field illumination that may generate background light noise scattered from inner walls of the microfluidic channel to lower the image contrast. Therefore, the signal or image resolution of capturing the scattered light and/or emitted fluorescent light emitted from the sample in the microfluidic channel can be enhanced. Meanwhile, the device can simultaneously excite and detect multiple fluorescent samples with different excited wavelengths in the microfluidic channel.

Objective-type dark-field illumination device for microfluidic channel

A method for manufacturing microlens comprises the steps of: coating a photosensitive polymer onto a first substrate to form a polymer film having a first surface in contact with the first substrate and a second surface; heating the polymer film; exposing the second surface of the polymer film to form a mold layer with at least one through hole; pressing and abutting the mold layer onto a second substrate and heating the photosensitive polymer within the mold layer to a temperature higher than a glass transition temperature of the photosensitive polymer for the photosensitive polymer to be melted and flow through the at least one through hole, attach onto the second substrate, and form at least one microlens on a surface of the second substrate; and performing an exposure to the at least one microlens and solidifying the at least one microlens.

Method of manufacturing microlens

The present invention relates to a mass analyzing apparatus, comprising a first metal electrode plate, a second metal electrode plate, an RF power supply, a reactant gas and a mass spectrometry. The second metal electrode plate is grounded. There is a gap between the first metal electrode plate and the second metal electrode plate. The RF power supply is electrically connected to the first metal electrode plate. Electric discharge is caused between the first metal electrode plate and the second metal electrode plate, so that the reactant gas becomes dissociation plasma. The dissociation plasma reacts with a gas analyte from a sample and then enters the mass spectrometry for a mass analysis. In addition, since the dissociation plasma is generated under low temperature and atmospheric pressure, the mass analyzing apparatus of the present invention is applicable for biological samples that need to be analyzed at a low temperature.
