Display panels buffering display data from a data driver. The display panel comprises a first signal line, a first data line, a first scan line interlaced with the first data line, a first pixel coupled to the first data line and the first scan line, a first switching element comprising a first terminal coupled to the first data line, a first storage capacitor coupled between a second terminal of the first switching element and a ground, and a second switching element coupled to the first storage capacitor and the first signal line.

Display panel and driving method thereof

This invention provides a display device and the assembly method thereof. The display device includes a first electronic module and a second electronic module partly overlapping each other. The first electronic module includes a first signal transmission unit with one side extending to form a first extension section. The second electronic module includes a second signal transmission unit partly overlapping the first signal transmission unit and having a side extending to form a first connection section. The first extension section overlaps and is electrically connected to the first connection section. Part of the overlapping first extension section and first connection section are bent to partly overlap the second signal transmission unit. Thus the second signal transmission unit is able to accept and to transmit signals via the first signal transmission unit of the first electronic device.

Display device with bended signal transmission structure and method for manufacture thereof

An optical module with an optical film and a positioning frame is disclosed. The positioning frame firmly fixes the optical film of the optical module so as to prevent the deviation of the optical film. The optical film has at least a first lug with a base portion and an expansion portion extending outwardly, wherein the width of the expansion portion is wider than the base portion. The positioning frame has a side wall and a flange. The flange is disposed on the side wall and has a first opening. The flange located at one side of the first opening has a first protrusion extending outwardly the side wall on the two sides of the first opening. The first opening is used to contain the base portion of the first lug, and the expansion portion of the first lug can be disposed under the first protrusion.

Optical module and positioning frame thereof

A display module includes a planar display panel being a liquid crystal display panel, a frame disposed under the planar display panel, a lower bezel disposed outside the frame, an upper bezel disposed outside the planar display panel, and a back light module disposed inside the frame. The frame includes at least one side wall. The outer surface of the side wall includes a plurality of tenons and a fixing plate is coupled to the side wall. The fixing plate is contacted with a side of the planar display panel. The side wall of the lower bezel includes a first hole corresponding to a first tenon so that the first tenon can be engaged with the first hole. The side wall of the upper bezel includes at least one second hole corresponding to a second tenon so that the second tenon can be engaged with the second hole.

A display module includes a planar display panel, a frame disposed under the planar display panel, a lower bezel disposed outside the frame, and an upper bezel disposed outside the planar display panel. The frame includes at least one side wall. The outer surface of the side wall includes a plurality of tenons and at least one fixing plate is coupled to the side wall. The fixing plate is contacted with a side of the planar display panel. The side wall of the lower bezel includes at least one first hole corresponding to a first tenon so that the first tenon can be engaged with the first hole. The side wall of the upper bezel includes at least one second hole corresponding to a second tenon so that the second tenon can be engaged with the second hole.

A circuit board module and a forming method thereof are provided. The circuit board module includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board and a conductive structure. The first circuit board has a first surface, a second surface and an opening. The opening passes through the first surface and the second surface. The first surface has a first solder pad. The second circuit board has a second solder pad. Part of the second circuit board passes through the opening from the first surface to the second surface, so that part of the second solder pad is exposed on the first surface. The conductive structure is electrically connected to the first solder pad and the second solder pad, so that the first circuit board is electrically connected to the second circuit board.

Circuit board module and forming method thereof

A backlight assembly includes a frame, a light source, and at least one optical film. The light source is disposed on the frame. The optical film has at least one positioning flange. The frame has a first, a second and a third member to form a polygonal accommodating area and is adapted to receive the optical film. First and second containing regions are positioned adjacent to a place which the third member is connected to the first member and the third member is connected to the second member, respectively. The first containing region projects into the first and third members, and the second containing region projects into the second and third members, so that the first containing region and the second containing region are adapted to receive the shaped positioning flange of the optical film.

A display module includes components of a display panel having an outward first FPC for connecting to a system, wherein the first FPC has a foldable part on which a welding area is defined, and a backlight unit opposite to the display panel for providing illumination for the display panel. The backlight unit has an outward second FPC which is welded with the welding area of the foldable part. Both the foldable part and second FPC are folded and turned around to keep the welding area attach to the backside of the backlight unit.

A backlight module is provided. The backlight module includes a frame, a light source and at least an optical film. The optical film has a first side with a first positioning flange and a second positioning flange, a second side with a third positioning flange and a third side with a fourth positioning flange. The edges of the first positioning flange, the second positioning flange, the third positioning flange and the fourth positioning flange abut the edges of the frame to hold the optical film in the frame.
