A reciprocating friction and wear test apparatus includes a frame unit and an abrader unit. The frame unit includes a frame that has a bottom wall formed with an opening and two side walls extending upwardly from the bottom wall. The abrader unit includes an abrader fixture, an abrader, two first sensor members, and two adjustment members. The abrader fixture extends through the opening and is pivotable relative to the bottom wall. The abrader is affixed to the abrader fixture. The two first sensor members are respectively mounted to the side walls. The two adjustment members are respectively connected to the first sensor members, extend respectively through the first sensor members, extend respectively through the side walls, and are movable toward the abrader fixture to tightly abut against the abrader fixture.

Reciprocating friction and wear test apparatus

A nozzle device includes a nozzle body and at least one second electrode. The nozzle body extends along a longitudinal axis, and has a top surface, a bottom surface for confronting a first electrode of a workpiece, a recess provided in the bottom surface, and a longitudinal channel extending downwardly from the top surface along the longitudinal axis to be in fluid communication with the recess. The longitudinal channel has an upper section and a lower tapered section which is tapered downwardly to form a lower communication port. The least one second electrode is disposed in the recess for being spaced apart from the first electrode.

A vale unit includes a valve frame and two valve plates. The valve frame defines a valve opening. The valve plates are formed with protrusions. Each of the valve plates has a connecting end that is formed with a notch. The connecting ends are connected to each other. The protrusions protrude from peripheries of the notches. Each of the protrusions has a contact end. The contact ends cooperatively define a gap therebetween. The valve plates are co-rotatable about an axis between a closed position, in which the valve plates substantially close the valve opening, and an opening position, in which the valve plates open the valve opening. The gap has a width varying in response to co-rotation of the valve plates between the opening position and the closed position.

A mechanical heart valve apparatus includes a loop-shaped frame defining a valve opening and formed with a pair of transverse slot units and a pair of longitudinal slots; and a pair of valve plates mounted on the loop-shaped frame. Each of the valve plates includes a pair of first studs that are slidably and respectively inserted into the transverse slot units, and a second stud that is slidably inserted into a respective one of the longitudinal slots. The valve plates are pivoted to each other so as to be rotatable relative to each other between a closed position, in which the second studs are disposed adjacent to upper ends of the longitudinal slots, and an opening position, in which the second studs are disposed adjacent to lower ends of the longitudinal slots.

A rolling ball separator structure of a linear drive member includes multiple separators mounted between the multiple rolling balls and each having a body and an outer ring structure. Thus, the body may be deformed elastically, thereby preventing the multiple separators from interfering with the return face of the rolling path during the returning process of the rolling balls, and thereby absorbing the gap variation of the uneven force during the returning process of the rolling balls, and the outer ring structure may maintain the relative position of the rolling balls, so that the rolling balls will not collide directly during the returning process.

The present invention is to provide a slide track structure of a linear platform, wherein the center of gravity of the slide track structure of the linear platform may be lowered. In addition, the outer edge of the upper end of the U-shaped guide track is formed with an inclined face or a smooth arc-shaped face, thereby capable of producing better structural stiffness, saving material, and decreasing weight. Thus, the slide track structure of the linear platform of the present invention can increase the structural stiffness, save material, and decrease the entire weight.
