Provided are novel compounds of Formula (I): and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which are useful for treating a variety of diseases, disorders or conditions which can be affected by potassium channel modulation. This invention relates to novel pyrazolyl-pyrimidine derivatives and their use as potassium channel modulating agents. In another aspect the invention is directed to pharmaceutical compositions useful for the treatment or alleviation of diseases or disorders associated with the activity of potassium channels. 

Pyrazolyl-pyrimidine derivatives and their use as potassium channel modulators

Pyrazine compounds of the formula as well as stereoisomers thereof, N-oxides thereof, prodrugs thereof, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein the variables in the formula are as defined in the specification. The compounds are useful as potassium channel modulating agents.
