The electrical outlet faceplate with electrical cord cleat is a cleat plate that is for use with an electrical outlet faceplate. The cleat plate is a structure around which a cable can be secured such that the cable will not be disconnected or damaged inadvertently. The electrical outlet faceplate with electrical cord cleat is attached by a hinge to the electrical outlet faceplate allowing the cleat plate to be rotated to a position perpendicular to the electrical face plate while the cleat plate is in use and allowing the cleat plate to be rotated to a closed position flush to the electrical outlet faceplate when the cleat plate is not in use. The electrical outlet faceplate with electrical cord cleat includes an outlet faceplate, a cleat plate, and a hinge.

The electrical cord cleat is a simple cleat that attaches to a surface immediately adjacent an electrical outlet and of which provides a means to secure at least one electrical cord thereon. The electrical cord cleat prevents unwanted disconnection from or damage to the electrical outlet by securing a portion of the electrical cord(s) to the near vicinity of the electrical outlet. An alternative embodiment includes a hinge to enable the cleat to fold flat against the adjacent surface when not in use.

A dispensing system of the type including an essentially horizontally oriented plate and an essentially vertically oriented hollow storage cylinder is disclosed. A distinguishing spindle and disc system is present inside said essentially vertically oriented hollow storage cylinder. The disc can serve to form chambers thereabove and therebelow within the essentially vertically oriented hollow storage cylinder. The dispensing system is easy to use, requiring only that a user lift the essentially vertically oriented hollow storage cylinder to dispense dispensable items contained therein onto the upper surface of the essentially horizontally oriented plate.
