Parsing and compiling data system queries

Techniques for supporting a presence virtualization query are provided. The techniques include receiving a virtual query from a client, the virtual query specified in terms of a membership set of members, wherein the membership set comprises a list of presentity uniform resource identifiers (URIs) and a separate transformation function, defined over a set of presence documents of the members in the membership set, redirecting the query to a destination virtual presentity URI whose presence state comprises an aggregation of the presence documents of the list of URIs in the membership set and a corresponding query element (QE) object that manages subscriptions for the URI, adding the client as a watcher for the destination virtual presentity URI, and applying transformation logic specified by the watcher client and notifying a corresponding client of a resulting output.

A method and system for providing a match on a selected event in performance monitoring of a processing system, the processing system including at least one performance monitor counter (PMC) is disclosed. The method and system comprises initializing the at least one PMC and controlling counting in the at least one PMC based upon the nth occurrence of a match to a specified address, where n is grater than or equal to one.

A closure mechanism and seating controls in combination with use with a hyperbaric chamber are described. The closure mechanism in combination with a hyperbaric chamber includes a door opening, a chamber door with dimensions larger than the door opening, a ring of sealing material secured to either the outer surface of the door or the inner surface of the chamber, a means for positioning the door adjacent the door opening and a means for pressurizing the chamber to effect a seal. The closure mechanism also includes an upper rail and pivoting carriers that may slide along the rail and a lower track mounted adjacent the floor and door guides that may slide within the track. The carriers and door guides are mounted to the interior surface of the door. The door and chamber walls may be flat, or curved in one or more planes. A locking mechanism is provided that employs a sliding wedge-shaped member that engages a retaining bar to secure the door in a closed position and a stop for securing the door in an open position. The seating controls in combination with a hyperbaric chamber provide means to swivel a seat support bracket about a base secured to the chamber floor and means rotate a seat about the bracket so that a patient can be easily and comfortably positioned within the chamber. Means are provided to lock the seat in a variety of positions including inclining the seat back.

A drafting T-square including a base block with a pivotable straight bar which can be manipulated as a protractor. A scale is slidable along the straight bar for extending beyond the straight bar. A further arm is pivotable with respect to the straight bar. A lamp on the base block illuminates the straight bar for providing illumination to the area to be drawn.
