A method of using an absorbent article where the method includes adhering at least a portion of an absorbent article to a surface of a window through a pressure sensitive adhesive composition. The absorbent article includes an exterior surface, an acquisition layer, superabsorbent polymer, a first layer that has an exterior surface and an interior surface, and a pressure sensitive attachment adhesive composition, the superabsorbent polymer being disposed between the acquisition layer and the interior surface of the first layer, and the pressure sensitive attachment adhesive composition being disposed on the exterior surface of the absorbent article.

Blocking is substantially reduced between individual sheets having a thermal adhesive coated thereon by including a release agent with the thermal adhesive. Preferred release agents are materials which have previously been used as low-adhesion backsize (LAB) coatings in pressure-sensitive adhesive applications.

Metallic appearing images may be produced with a color proofing sheet which comprises a temporary carrier layer, a metallic appearance pigment-filled layer, a color pigment filled layer, a photoresist layer, and an optional adhesive layer. There may be a barrier layer between the optional adhesive and the resist layer and a release layer coating may be on the temporary carrier layer.

Mineral values, particularly uranium, are recovered 'in situ' from a subsurface earth formation by completing at least one well in the mineralized formation adjacent either the top or the bottom of the mineralized formation, completing at least one second well in the mineralized formation adjacent the opposite of the top and the bottom of the mineralized formation, forming a horizontally-oriented fracture in the mineralized formation adjacent at least one of the top and the bottom of the mineralized formation, each of which fractures is in open communication with that well which has been completed at a corresponding vertical level, injecting a leach solution, adapted to solvate the mineral values, into the first or the second well, which thus becomes an injection well, and thence into that fracture which is in communication with the injection well and producing the leach solution, containing solvated mineral values, from the other of the first and second wells, which thus becomes the production well, whereby the leach solution flows from the injection well generally horizontally through the fracture in communication with the injection well, thence generally vertically through the mineralized formation and thence generally horizontally to the production well.
