A Cloward-style cage device for anterior cervical fusion and fixation includes a body and a lateral stabilizer. The device uses the historical Cloward-style approach, and, as such, decompresses the interbody disc. The device can be used with a cylindrical drill bit to drill through the interbody disc to remove a portion of the interbody endplates to decompress a remaining portion of the interbody disc. The lateral portions of the endplates are generally preserved. The device has a cylindrical body formed of a mesh-like material, with lateral stabilizers.

Dural repair devices that are configured to effectively and reliably repair the damage of a dural tear due to incidental durotomies are provided, along with methods of use. The devices and methods enhance the ability of a surgeon to repair a patent's dura mater, or dura, during surgery of the central nervous system. The dural repair device has a multi-layer structure configured to exert a pressure or tamponade effect to compress a patient's dura to its state prior to the spinal surgery. Thus, the dural repair devices and methods of use may reduce the patient's risk morbidity, further surgery, spinal headaches, or other injuries and discomforts.

Interbody cages for spinal stabilization having a frame that surrounds a central compartment suitable for retaining biological material, such as bone graft material. The central compartment acts as a spill-free bone and biologic compartment that allows a surgeon to introduce the interbody cage into the body in an effective manner without spilling the biological material. Methods for introducing the interbody cages are disclosed.
