A device, system, and method for controlling a vehicle display and a mobile display into a threat mode is provided. A system comprises a vehicle display of a vehicle; and a mobile device communicatively coupled to the vehicle, the mobile device comprising: a mobile display. The system further comprises a controller that determines a threat associated with the vehicle; and a threat type; and in response to determining the threat, controls the vehicle display and the mobile display to switch to a threat mode by: controlling the vehicle display to: provide one or more graphical threat indications indicating one or more of: the threat; and the threat type; and controls the mobile display to: provide one or more threat-related applications associated with the threat, that may be for one or more of interacting with, and modifying, one or more graphical threat indications at the vehicle display.

Device, system, and method for controlling a vehicle display and a mobile display into a threat mode

A device, system, and method for incident air space management is provided. A system includes a controller and a signaling unmanned aerial vehicle (SUAV) associated with a public-safety entity. The controller dispatches the SUAV to a location of a public-safety incident and generates a restricted airspace boundary for airspace, associated with the incident, within which the SUAV operates. The controller activates a restricted airspace beacon of the SUAV that correlates with the restricted airspace boundary. The SUAV broadcasts the restricted airspace beacon, indicating the restricted airspace boundary, relative to a current location of the SUAV. The restricted airspace beacon is operational in at least two modes: a stationary incident mode, during which the SUAV and the restricted airspace boundary are stationary relative to a fixed location of incident; and a mobile incident mode, during which the SUAV and the restricted airspace boundary are mobile and tracking a moving incident location.

The capture beacon is configured to be received by the 5G/LTE communication device to reconfigure the 5G/LTE communication device for communication compliant with an LMR communication protocol.

Clock distribution network and method for dynamically changing a clock frequency in a digital processing system

A method and apparatus for adaptable phase training of high frequency clock signaling for data capture is provided. A state machine synchronizes a first selection signal to a delay multiplexer and a second selection signal to a digital block demultiplexer to sequentially select a targeted pair of the static storage elements for each of a plurality of phase-delayed data strobe clock signals. Read back data from an external memory captured by the static storage elements is compared to known valid data. The state machine determines which of the plurality of phase-delayed data strobe clock signals resulted in known valid data being captured by the static storage elements based on the comparison. The state machine selects one of the plurality of phase-delayed data strobe clock signals that resulted in valid data being captured as a read clock signal for a memory controller to capture subsequent read data from the external memory.

The exemplary device may include a baseband processor for controlling a plurality of clock inputs. The first mode may include a first mode standby state and a first mode initial operating state. The second mode may include a second mode initial operating state and a second mode standby state.

The method includes scanning at a radio receiver a defined radio frequency spectrum; receiving at the radio receiver in the defined radio frequency spectrum a wake-up signal; identifying a talkgroup identifier in the wake-up signal, wherein the talkgroup identifier corresponds to a talkgroup being monitored by the radio receiver; in response to identifying the talkgroup identifier, decoding code sequences included in the wake-up signal; identifying in at least one of the code sequences both a center frequency and a transmission bandwidth of the DMO transmission; and tuning the radio receiver to receive the DMO transmission at the center frequency and transmission bandwidth.

The reconfigurable interface enables the controller to communicate with a plurality of peripheral digital subsystem blocks, and includes an input/output interface, a profile memory, and a state machine. The input/output interface includes a plurality of data lines including a shared portion that are shared among the plurality of peripheral digital subsystem blocks. The profile memory stores a plurality of interface profiles, each interface profile defining a configuration of the input/output interface to communicate with an associated one of the peripheral blocks. The state machine is coupled to the profile memory to receive interface profiles and to the input/output interface. In response to each request to communicate with a particular peripheral block, the state machine configures the input/output interface according to the interface profile associated with the particular peripheral block.
