The present technology relates to the field of configuration and setup of encrypted computer network transmission systems. In particular, the present technology relates to setting up and configuring network encryption systems, including MACsec, Internet Protocol Security (IPsec), and TLS protocols, in heterogeneous networks over Wireless Area Networks (WAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) or cellular links. In some embodiments, the present technology includes a method for setting up, configuring, and monitoring of encryption equipment providing encrypted links over WAN connections (typically IPsec VPN gateways and clients or TLS applications). The method includes communicating with encryption and PKI equipment necessary to automate the generation of encryption keys, digital certificates, and digital certificate signing requests. The method further includes communicating with the encryption equipment on one or both sides of an encrypted link to create security associations, and link encryption parameters, necessary for the encryptors to negotiate and establish encrypted links.

Unified encryption configuration management and setup system

A battery cartridge and kiosk apparatus, system and method, which enables consumers to conveniently exchange depleted rechargeable batteries for fully-charged batteries, and to recycle used primary batteries. The system includes a self-contained, typically automated kiosk designed for high volume battery exchange at low cost, and also includes re-usable battery trays for convenient, safe, and standardized handling and transport of rechargeable consumer batteries. A kiosk of the invented system may also be configured to utilize renewable-energy mechanisms to provide power for operation and/or recharging. Rechargeable batteries are stored and managed in a high-density, simple yet reliable storage rack wherein they are recharged in parallel while preserving long battery life. Batteries may be 'keyed' to prevent recharging via third-party charging devices, enabling operating efficiencies and cost reductions.

Battery exchange, recharge and recycle apparatus, system and method

A method and system of this invention that provides for profiling a user of the Internet according to predefined categories of interest is described herein. This invention includes scanning content information of an Internet user to generate unknown data and processing unknown data to determine its relevance to predefined categories of interest. This relevance is indicated in a matching rating system, analyzing attributes such as length of time reviewing content information, frequency of encounter, recency, strength and closeness. With comparisons such as these, this invention generates a match of the unknown data with the predefined categories to form a profile of the user that may ultimately be used to target offers to users based upon the profile.
