Described herein includes methods of removing or installing a tire on a vehicle, each method may include: positioning a portion of the tire dolly assembly beneath the tire, and either moving the tire away from or toward the vehicle using the tire dolly assembly that may include: (a) a base having an upper surface and lower surface, and (b) a protrusion coupled to the base and having a curved surface at least a portion of which extends below the lower surface when the tire dolly assembly is positioned beneath the tire.

A thermoelectric cooling apparatus for use with a motorcycle includes a housing having a bottom wall and a wall structure extending upwardly that defines an interior area and an open top providing selective access to the interior area. A conductive lining is situated adjacent to the insulation layer that includes an aluminum cooling plate upwardly displaced from the bottom wall such that the bottom wall, the wall structure and the cooling plate defining a hollow compartment. The cooling apparatus is mounted to a motorcycle with mounting straps and locked with a locking assembly. A thermoelectric assembly is situated in the compartment having a 'cool' side coupled to a lower surface of the cooling plate of the lining and an opposed 'hot' side, the thermoelectric assembly configured to electrically connect to the battery of the motorcycle such that the thermoelectric assembly conductively cools the cooling plate and the lining when actuated.

A wire unroller apparatus having a base configured to be removably mounted to a vehicle and at least one first spindle and a second spindle mounted to the base and configured to receive one or more spools of wire. The base has a base surface, left and right arms extending away from the base surface and terminating at ends, and a cross bar removably connected to the ends of the left and right arms. The first spindle is oriented in a first direction and is connected between the base surface and the cross bar. The second spindle is oriented in a second direction and is mounted between the left and right arms. The spools of wire on the first spindle and the second spindle may be unrolled at the same time.

A collapsible wire unroller apparatus having a frame including cradles for supporting a spindle having spools of wire. A bottom support mounted to one portion of the frame connects to a rear hitch of the all-terrain vehicle (ATV). In a process for producing phenol, a cleavage feed comprising cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide is supplied to a cleavage reaction zone and a cleavage reaction mixture comprising the cleavage feed is contacted in the cleavage reaction zone with a solid acid catalyst under conditions effective to produce a cleavage effluent comprising phenol and cyclohexanone. The cleavage effluent is then divided into at least a cleavage product and a cleavage recycle and the cleavage recycle and a polar solvent is supplied to the cleavage reaction zone to produce the cleavage reaction mixture with the cleavage feed. Preferably, the polar solvent is combined with the cleavage recycle before being charged into the cleavage reaction zone.

Process for producing phenol and/or cyclohexanone

Disclosed herein is a process for dehydrogenating a saturated cyclic hydrocarbon and/or 5-membered ring compound with a dehydrogenation catalyst. The dehydrogenation catalyst comprises: (i) 0.05 wt % to 5 wt % of a metal selected from Group 14 of the Periodic Table of Elements; and (ii) 0.1 wt % to 10 wt % of a metal selected from Groups 6 to 10 of the Periodic Table of Elements. The process is conducted under dehydrogenation conditions effective to dehydrogenate at least a portion saturated cyclic hydrocarbon and/or 5-membered ring compound.

Dehydrogenation process

A hydroalkylation catalyst comprising a molecular sieve and a compound of a hydrogenation metal is activated by treating the catalyst at a temperature of less than about 250&#xb0; C. in the presence of hydrogen.

Activation and use of hydroalkylation catalysts

In a process for producing phenol and cyclohexanone, a cleavage feed containing greater than 40 wt % and no greater than 95 wt % cyclohexyl-1-phenyl-1-hydroperoxide, and at least 5 wt % and less than 60 wt % cyclohexylbenzene is mixed with at least phenol, cyclohexanone, water, and sulfuric acid to produce a cleavage reaction mixture containing from 15 wt % to 50 wt % phenol, from 15 wt % to 50 wt % cyclohexanone, from 1 wt % to 10 wt % cyclohexyl-1-phenyl-1-hydroperoxide, from 5 wt % to 60 wt % cyclohexylbenzene, from 0.1 wt % to 4 wt % water, and from 10 wppm to 1000 wppm sulfuric acid. The cleavage reaction mixture is then reacted at a temperature from 30&#xb0; C. and to 70&#xb0; C., and a pressure of at least 1 atmosphere for a time sufficient to convert at least 50% of said cyclohexyl-1-phenyl-1-hydroperoxide in said cleavage reaction mixture and produce a cleavage effluent containing phenol and cyclohexanone.

Process for producing phenol

Disclosed herein is a process for dehydrogenating a hydrocarbon with a dehydrogenation catalyst comprising a step of activating the catalyst precursor in a H-containing atmosphere. A particularly advantageous activation process includes heating the catalyst precursor to a temperature in a range from 400&#xb0; C. to 600&#xb0; C. The process of the present disclosure is particularly advantageous for dehydrogenating cyclohexane to make benzene.

In a process for producing phenol and/or cyclohexanone, cyclohexylbenzene is contacted with an oxygen-containing gas in the presence of an oxidation catalyst under oxidation conditions effective to produce an oxidation effluent comprising cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide. At least a portion of the oxidation effluent is then subjected to a concentrating step to produce a cleavage feed having a higher concentration of cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide than the oxidation effluent. A cleavage reaction mixture comprising the cleavage feed is then contacted with a solid acid catalyst in a cleavage reaction zone under conditions effective to produce a cleavage product comprising phenol and cyclohexanone.

A process for producing phenol and/or cyclohexanone is described in which cyclohexylbenzene is contacted with an oxygen-containing gas under conditions effective to produce an oxidation effluent comprising cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide and at least part of cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide is contacted with a cleavage catalyst under conditions effective to produce a cleavage effluent containing phenol and cyclohexanone. At least one of the oxidation effluent and the cleavage effluent contains at least one phenylcyclohexanol as a by-product and the process further comprises contacting the phenylcyclohexanol with a dehydration catalyst comprising a molecular sieve of the MCM-22 family under conditions effective to convert at least part of the phenylcyclohexanol to phenylcyclohexene.

Process for producing phenol and/or cyclohexanone from cyclohexylbenzene

A cleavage process for making phenol and/or cyclohexanone, the process comprising: (A) providing a feed comprising cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide; (B) contacting the feed with a catalyst under cleavage reaction conditions effective to produce a cleavage effluent comprising phenol and cyclohexanone, the catalyst having a collidine uptake of at least 20 &#x3bc;mol per gram of the catalyst and comprising an aluminosilicate molecular sieve of the FAU-type, an oxide binder, and a clay.

Process for making phenol and/or cyclohexanone

A system for producing high-purity phenol and/or cyclohexanone from cyclohexylbenzene oxidation includes a cyclohexylbenzene feed hydrogenation reactor, a bubble column oxidation reactor, a cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide concentrator, a cleavage reactor, and a separation and purification sub-system. The components and the integrated system are designed such that high-purity phenol and/or cyclohexanone can be produced at high energy efficiency.

System and process for making phenol and/or cyclohexanone

In a process for producing phenol and/or cyclohexanone, cyclohexylbenzene is contacted with an oxygen-containing gas to produce an oxidation effluent containing cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide and the cyclohexylbenzene hydroperoxide is then contacted with a cleavage catalyst to produce a cleavage effluent containing phenol and cyclohexanone. At least one of the oxidation effluent and the cleavage effluent also contains at least one by-product selected from phenylcyclohexanols and phenylcyclohexanones and the process further comprises contacting the by-product with a dehydration catalyst to convert the by-product to phenylcyclohexene and hydrogenating the phenylcyclohexene to cyclohexylbenzene. The dealkylation and hydrogenation may be conducted in a single stage.
