Apparatus and methods for tissue reduction are described where one embodiment of the tissue resection device may generally comprise an external clamping mechanism having at least two distally extending members shaped with an atraumatic distal end and defining a confined region between the distally extending members sized to receive a tissue region therebetween. Additionally, an elongate coring needle defining a lumen and having a proximal end attached to a handle and a distal end which defines a cutting mechanism may also be included, wherein the coring needle is translatable adjacent and/or relative to the external or internal clamping mechanism defined by the confined region.

Apparatus and methods for tissue reduction

An adjustable mattress foundation includes a frame having at least one movable frame portion and a panel coupled for movement with the movable frame portion. The panel includes a lower surface in facing relationship with the movable frame portion and an upper surface. The adjustable mattress foundation also includes an actuator supported upon the frame and operable to selectively incline the at least one movable frame portion, a vibration motor, and a support suspending the vibration motor relative to the panel The support is mounted to the upper surface of the panel.

An iontophoretic system including a controller and a patch is provided. The controller has a receiving portion including an upper surface and a lower surface, and a member protruding from the lower surface in a ramp-like fashion toward the upper surface and terminating in a top edge near the upper surface. The patch has an interconnection tab including an opening for engaging the protruding member of the controller when the interconnection tab is inserted into the receiving portion of the controller and the opening falls over the top edge of the protruding member.
