A quick-release clamp for a vehicular mount or rack having a rigid stationary first jaw with a clamping surface, and a rigid second jaw opposite with a clamping surface oriented to face the first jaw clamping surface. The second jaw is movable between an open and a closed position relative to the first jaw, where the closed position is capable of retaining one or more objects to be clamped transversely between said jaws. A lever, attached to a variable tensioning system operates to open and close the jaws when sufficient force is applied to overcome the tension of the tensioning system.

Bike rack frame clamps, systems and methods

A carrier system for a vehicle having a pair of vacuum devices shaped and sized to mate and secure to a recreational article. Each vacuum device includes a pad shaped and sized to detachably seat with a vehicle to form a vacuum cavity. The vacuum device includes a plunger attached to the pad and in fluid communication with the vacuum cavity, and an indicator positioned on the plunger to indicate the level of vacuum pressure within the vacuum cavity.

Vacuum mounted carrier for a vehicle

A vacuum-based hitch rack carrier system for a vehicle having a rear hitch and rear hitch receiver. The system includes a plurality of vacuum devices having a pad shaped and sized to removably seat with a vehicle to form a vacuum cavity, a plunger attached to the pad and in fluid communication with the vacuum cavity, and an indicator associated with the vacuum device to indicate the level of vacuum pressure within the vacuum. The system has a receiver hitch adapter for joining a rack configured to secure an article to the vehicle via attachment to the rear hitch receiver, a mount shaped and sized to mate and secure the article to the rack, and one or more support bars attached to said mount. At least one of the support bars contains a break and fold assembly configured to allow the carrier system to be folded.

Reduced footprint vacuum mounted hitch rack carrier systems for vehicles

A fitness assembly for performing various exercises that is securably mountable to a mounting surface using one or more vacuum devices. In one embodiment, a vacuum-mounted fitness assembly comprises a base element and at least one vacuum device removably coupled to the base element. In one embodiment, the base element has an elongated shape and is removably coupled to two vacuum devices. In another embodiment, the base element has a circular or non-elongated shape and is removably coupled to one vacuum device. The base element includes a plurality of apertures and/or slits to which one or more bands and/or straps may be attached. In one embodiment, the fitness assembly also includes one or more accessories that enable the fitness assembly to be used to perform exercises such as boxing, squats, rowing, bicep curls, and others.

A vacuum-based carrier system for a vehicle having a pair of vacuum devices shaped and sized to mate and secure to a recreational article. Each vacuum device includes a pad shaped and sized to detachably seat with a vehicle to form a vacuum cavity. Reduced footprint vacuum mounted carriers for vehicles

A mounting system for attaching components, or accessories, to surfaces without compromising, but instead maintaining, the integrity of the mounting surface. The mounting system is easily movable, can withstand or support heavy loads, does not require permanent alteration of the mounting surface by drilling holes or tapping screws and does not require hardware to be affixed to the surface.

A carrier system for a vehicle having a pair of vacuum devices shaped and sized to mate and secure to a recreational article. Each vacuum device includes a pad shaped and sized to detachably seat with a vehicle to form a vacuum cavity. The frame is configured to detachably attach to a mounting surface, is generally arcuate, and has a front frame pivotally connected to a rear frame member to pivot between operating and storage positions.

A form with a well has a form layer with a top and a bottom surface and a perimeter, a die cut through the form layer that defines a portion of said form layer within said die cut, a patch layer having a perimeter and top and bottom surfaces, and an adhesive layer that is repositionable and peelable. The patch layer is adhesively but removably secured to the bottom surface of the form layer such that the die cut and form layer portion are entirely within the perimeter of the patch layer. The form has a well, that is created by removal of the form layer portion from within the die cut. The bottom of the well is the top surface of said adhesive layer and the sides of the well are the edges of said die cut. The adhesive layer has a greater affinity for the patch layer than the form layer portion such that when the form layer portion is removed from the form, the adhesive stays adhered to the patch layer. Articles such as photographs may then be inserted into the well. The patch layer, adhesive layer and photograph are separable from a remainder of said form, and the patch and adhesive can be folded over to encapsulate the photograph within a card, with or without a form layer portion included.

A printable business laminate having an integrated compact disk label including methods of manufacture and use. The laminate has an integrated and printable compact disk label including a carrier lamina, a first adhesive lamina, a printable lamina adhesively secured to the carrier lamina by the first adhesive lamina, a first die cut through said carrier lamina substantially corresponding to the perimeter of a compact disk a second die cut through the printable lamina which may correspond to the hub or hole in a compact disk, and perforations through the printable lamina substantially corresponding to the perimeter of the compact disk.

Laminate with integrated compact disk label and methods

A planar form or structure is used to create a thin card capable of receiving and retaining printed indicia, including written signatures, on both opposing surfaces. The structure and related method allow the exposed carrier surface and the underlying release agent layer to receive and retain printed indicia, including written signatures, while retaining an extremely thin, yet tear-resistant, card structure. The release agent layer solidifies from a liquid to form a film capable of receiving and retaining printed indicia, written signatures, and the like which may be printed or written upon through the peeling away of the transparent lamina layer to expose the underlying release agent layer for receiving the indicia. The resulting structure preferably exhibits a flexibility due to its thickness lying within the range of 15-30 microns plus the thickness of the carrier.

Apparatus and method for improved patch for business forms with integrated cards

A planar form or structure is used to create a laminated card or other planar article. The structure and related method allow the carrier surface of the laminated article to be customized or personalized, before it is laminated, such as by adding to the carrier surface an account number, signature, address, serial number, photograph, microchip, or other planar indicia. The carrier surface is adhered to the transparent lamina across substantially all its surface area to create a strong, tamper resistant bond. The laminated card is created from a multiple-ply structure defined within the boundaries of the larger form. The multiple-ply structure has horizontal dimensions substantially corresponding to the ultimate horizontal dimensions of the laminated card or article being created. The carrier is printable and able to be laminated on both sides, yet if desired, the carrier can be limited to only a single ply, thereby reducing the thickness of the resulting laminated card.

Self-laminating integrated card and method

A business form with label areas removable therefrom and an improved process for producing a label. The process includes feeding a sheet of paper into a paper processing apparatus, having a roll of transfer adhesive stock with a first and second liner with adhesive therebetween, means for separating the second liner from the transfer adhesive stock, cutting a strip of transfer adhesive stock from the roll of transfer adhesive stock and adhering the transfer adhesive stock to the sheet of paper whereby it can be cut to form a label peelable from the transfer adhesive stock. In addition, a transfer adhesive stock comprising a first and second liner with a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive between one side of the first liner and one side of the second liner, each liner having a different adhesive affinity whereby one liner may be removed from the other liner and adhesive.
