Examples of electronic devices are described herein. In some examples, an electronic device includes a transmitter. In some examples, the transmitter may transmit a first beacon and a second beacon. In some examples, the first beacon may be associated with a first account. In some examples, the second beacon may be associated with a second account. In some examples, the first account includes a different beacon control privilege relative to the second account.

Beacon transmission

In an example in accordance with the present disclosure, a computing device docking station is described. The computing device docking station includes a computing device port to receive a connector of a host computing device and a display device port to receive a connector of a display device. The computing device docking station also includes a dock management controller. The dock management controller is to 1) determine a status of the computing device docking station and 2) generate a notification indicating the status of the computing device docking station. The computing device docking station also includes a display controller to generate an on-screen display (OSD) presentation of the notification on the display device coupled to the display device port.

Techniques for proving haptic feedback in computing systems are described. In operation, an input representing utilisation parameters of an electronic pen is received. In an example, the electronic pen may be electronically coupled to the computing system. Based on the received utilisation parameters, the computing system provides a pattern of haptic feedback to the user.

An example computing device includes a plurality of interfaces to connect to a plurality of audio peripheral devices, a communications interface to establish a network connection, and a processor interconnected with the plurality of interfaces and the communications interface. The processor is to determine a location of the computing device based on the network connection. The processor sets an audio peripheral device from the plurality of the audio peripheral devices as a default audio peripheral device based on the location. The processor communicates an audio signal through the default audio peripheral device.

An example computing device includes a tracking device, an interface, a processor, and a controller. The interface including a power pin, a data pin, and a clock pin, where the interface is to couple the tracking device to the computing device via the power pin and the data pin, and the clock pin is disconnected from the tracking device. The controller is communicatively coupled to the processor and the interface, the controller is to control an operation of the tracking device via the data pin.

In some examples, an electronic device includes a tip pressure sensor to capture tip pressure data based on a writing surface. In some examples, the electronic device includes a processor to produce a classification of the writing surface based on the tip pressure data via a machine learning model. In some examples, the electronic device may include a haptic device to control haptic feedback based on the classification.

An example digital pen holder can include a fastener to attach a digital pen to the digital pen holder, an integrated pen tip storage, and an integrated pen tip extractor.

An example module includes: a radio to communicate with a sensor; a communication interface to communicate with a second module; a chassis to mate with the second module; and a processor connected to the radio, the communication interface, and a memory, the processor to execute instructions stored in the memory. The instructions are to: receive, via the radio, sensor data from the sensor; process the sensor data to generate processed sensor data; and transmit the processed sensor data to a remote device.

In one example, an input pen may include an electronic component, a communication interface to establish a short-range wireless connection with an electronic device, and a controller communicatively coupled to the electronic component and the communication interface. The controller may receive a command from the electronic device via the communication interface. The command may uniquely correspond to an operating mode of the electronic device. Further, the controller may control a power state of the electronic component based on the command.

In some examples, a host device comprises a network interface and a processor. The processor is to, in response to a request to share content with a remote device, display the content in a graphical user interface. The content is a video. The processor is to generate an image of the content. The image is a frame of the video. The processor is to generate a first representation of the image, receive second and third representations of the image via the network interface, determine a first similarity between the first representation and the second representation, determine a second similarity between the first representation and the third representation, compare the first similarity to a threshold, compare the second similarity to the threshold, and indicate whether the content is successfully shared with the remote device based on the comparison of the first similarity to the threshold and the comparison of the second similarity to the threshold.

In some examples, information is sensed by an optical sensor responsive to light from a marker arranged to indicate a boundary of a physical user collaborative area to receive user-input marks during a video conference session, where the marker is distinct from the physical user collaborative area. Based on the received information, the boundary of the physical user collaborative area is determined. Based on the determined boundary, a video zoom into the physical user collaborative area during the video conference session is controlled.

A technique includes sensing a wireless charging station that includes a wireless charging transmitter and determining a status for the machine based at least in part on the sensing of the wireless charging station. The technique also includes assisting with a process to wirelessly transfer power to the machine, where assisting includes causing the machine to provide guidance to the user based at least in part on the determined status.

An example display device includes an input module to receive a touch input that identifies a shape of an electronic device. The display device also includes a display panel. The display panel is to display first data from a computing device in a first region of the display panel. The display panel is also to, in response to a reception of the touch input, display the first data in a second region of the display panel and display second data from the electronic device in a virtual representation of the electronic device in a third region of the display panel. The third region corresponds to the shape of the electronic device. The second data is received via a connection to the computing device. The second region is smaller than the first region.

Examples of the present disclosure can include a computing device comprising a detection engine to detect whether an audio setup of an external audio device is supported. The computing device can include an audio profile engine to, in response to detection that the audio setup is supported, provide an audio profile for use by the external audio device. Examples of the present disclosure can include an external audio device coupled to the computing device.

A computing device can include a wireless power module and a haptic module to move the computing device in a direction. A controller in the computing device can detect a misalignment of the wireless power module with a wireless power transmitter. The controller can control the haptic module to move the computing device to be aligned with the wireless power transmitter.
