A children's ride-on toy includes at least two casters. The ride-on toy has a first caster mount connected to the body, wherein the first caster mount comprises a first caster receptacle, and a second caster mount connected to the body, wherein the second caster mount comprises a second caster receptacle. In at least one embodiment, the first caster has an engagement shaft that is uniquely adapted to engage the first caster receptacle, and the second caster has an engagement shaft that is uniquely adapted to engage the second caster receptacle. In at least another embodiment, a first bushing rotatably engages the first caster and is uniquely adapted to engage the first caster receptacle, and a second bushing rotatably engages the second caster and is uniquely adapted to engage the second caster receptacle.

In accordance with the present invention there is provided a pneumatic pump in combination with a pneumatic toy vehicle powered by a refillable compressed chamber. The improvement of the pump is defined by having a pipe that has an aperture to exhaust air being pumped therefrom. The pump further includes a means for launching the vehicle from the pump. The toy vehicle includes a pneumatic motor that when activated utilizes air in the chamber to propel the vehicle and activation of the motor is achieved by moving the vehicle. The vehicle includes an air inlet valve sized to securely engage the pipe of the pump such that movement of the vehicle during filling of the chamber is prevented. When securely engaged by the pipe, the vehicle is positioned against the launching means. A user operating the launching means pushes the vehicle, which activates the motor, such that the vehicle launches away from the pump.

In one embodiment, a pneumatic power-supply assembly includes a refillable chamber having an interior capable for holding a pressurized fluid, a vent, and a fluid inlet. A pressure release mechanism within the chamber permits the pressure within the chamber to vent, when the pressure exceeds a predetermined optimum pressure. A pneumatic motor is mounted within the chamber and includes an inlet in fluid communication with the interior of the chamber. The pneumatic motor utilizes the pressurized fluid within the interior of the chamber to drive a gear rotatably attached to the pneumatic motor. In addition, the gear rotates an axle rotatably attached to the chamber such that the when the assembly is attached to a pneumatic operated device the rotatable axle may be used by the pneumatically operated device. In addition, a external pump is attached to the fluid inlet to continually recharge the chamber.

In one embodiment a pneumatic motor is provided that includes an intake chamber in fluid communication with at least one intake channel. Each intake channel is further in fluid communication with a corresponding cylinder, which receives a piston that cycles upwardly and downwardly to rotate a motor axle. A member is placed in each intake channel to seal the corresponding cylinder from each intake channel when compressed fluid in the intake channel has a higher pressure then pressure in the corresponding cylinder. Each piston includes an actuator extending downwardly from the piston and having a profile that, during a portion of the upward cycle of the piston, causes the actuator to push the member back into each intake channel to allow compressed fluid into each of the corresponding cylinders. Each piston includes an intermediate section that has an annular groove, a seal positioned in the groove that creates a fluid tight seal against the corresponding cylinder during the upward cycle of the piston. Compressed fluid that enters the corresponding cylinder during the upward cycle will push the piston upwardly. Each section further includes exhaust grooves defined thereon such during the downward cycle of the piston the seal is broken allowing compressed fluid in the cylinder to bypass the piston and escape through a vent above each cylinder. This causes the compressed fluid in the intake channel to push the member to re-seal the cylinder. The upward movement of the piston further generates inertia that moves the piston downward to continue the cycle.

Pneumatic motor

In one embodiment a pneumatic motor is provided that includes an intake chamber in fluid communication with at least one intake channel. Each intake channel is further in fluid communication with a corresponding cylinder, which receives a piston that cycles upwardly and downwardly to rotate a motor axle. A member is placed in each intake channel to seal the corresponding cylinder from each intake channel when compressed fluid in the intake channel has a higher pressure then pressure in the corresponding cylinder. Each piston includes an actuator extending downwardly from the piston and having a profile that, during a portion of the upward cycle of the piston, causes the actuator to push the member back into each intake channel to allow compressed fluid into each of the corresponding cylinders. Each piston includes a section that has a diameter that creates a seal against the corresponding cylinder during the upward cycle of the piston. Compressed fluid that enters the corresponding cylinder during the upward cycle will push the piston upwardly. Each section further includes exhaust grooves defined thereon such during the downward cycle of the piston the seal is broken allowing compressed fluid in the cylinder to bypass the piston and escape through a vent above each cylinder. This causes the compressed fluid in the intake channel to push the member to re-seal the cylinder. The upward movement of the piston further generates inertia that moves the piston downward to continue the cycle.

In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention a pneumatic-operated toothbrush incorporates a pump that a user may utilize to pump are into and pressurize air in a reservoir. The reservoir is attached to a pneumatic motor, which utilizes the pressurized air inside the reservoir to rotate a drive shaft. Attached to the end of the drive shaft is a plurality of bristles that rotate when the drive shaft is rotating. The motor will continue to rotate the bristles as long as the pressure inside the reservoir is sufficient enough to force the air into the pneumatic motor. When the motor stops rotating the bristles, the user can pump air back inside the reservoir for continued use. It is important to note that the pneumatic toothbrush for the present invention is a self-contained device, meaning that the reservoir, motor and pump are incorporated into a single toothbrush. In addition the present invention does not use batteries or other electrical elements to power the motor.

A candy dispenser may be provided with a housing having a candy reservoir formed therein in which a plurality of pieces of candy may be disposed, a spin top having a downwardly extending member that is centrally located on the spin top to facilitate spinning of the spin top while the downwardly extending member supports the spin top, a candy dispensing mechanism including a candy dispensing opening that allows a piece of candy to be dispensed from the candy reservoir, and an actuator associated with the spin top and the candy dispensing mechanism. The actuator may be movable to a first position and to a second position, with movement of the actuator to the first position causing the spin top to be launched from the housing so that the spin top may land on a surface and spin on its downwardly extending member, and with movement of the actuator to the second position causing one of the pieces of candy to be dispensed through the dispensing opening.

A breakfast cereal dispensing product may be provided with a product package, a breakfast cereal product attached to the product package, and a breakfast cereal dispenser attached to the product package. The breakfast cereal product may include a cereal box having breakfast cereal disposed therein. The breakfast cereal dispenser may include a container having a main chamber that is sized to hold a plurality of pieces of breakfast cereal and a dispensing structure having a dispensing chamber and a dispensing chamber opening. The dispensing structure may be provided with a movable member that is movable between a closed position in which the movable member closes the dispensing chamber opening and an open position in which the dispensing chamber opening is not closed by the movable member and a passageway that couples the main chamber to the dispensing chamber. The passageway may be sized to allow pieces of breakfast cereal to pass between the main chamber and the dispensing chamber.
