Electron exchangers are placed vertically or horizontally in a conversion cell and divide it into cathode gas chamber, liquid chamber, and anode gas chamber. One side of the electron exchangers is conductive, and the other side is nonconductive. Voltage is applied to the electron exchangers to convert the liquid conversion solution to gases at the side of the electron exchangers facing the gas chambers, and gases are released directly to the gas chambers. The electron exchangers have many puncture channels on the surfaces, and they are designed by critical surface calculations. The puncture channels have special designed patterns and are manufactured with a precision technology. In producing the same amount of final gases, our method is energy efficient.

In a method for providing routing between logic cells, the logic cells are arranged in rows. Intercell connectors within each row of logic cells are aligned, for example in the middle of the rows, to form channel boundaries. The intercell connectors are then channel routed in metal layers above the logic cells. Alternately, intercell connectors are placed within the logic cells, however, these intercell connectors are not necessarily aligned. For each intercell connector which is not on a boundary of a routing channel, a substitute connector is located at the boundary of a routing channel. The substitute connectors and the intercell connectors which are on the boundaries of the routing channels are channel routed. Length of routing segments are then adjusted to substitute connectors to extend to intercell connectors instead of the substitute connectors.

In the present disclosure, a method of routing interconnections between a semiconductor module and another semiconductor module in a planar field by the use of a digital computer program is disclosed. The method is a variation of the prior art YACR method. The method provides for variable width track routing, as well as cost equation for net assignment and cost equation of net chosen to particular a horizontal track. The present invention also relates to a method for positioning the modules. The method of positioning the two modules or compacting the modules is a method for moving tracks between modules from one module to the other module as close to the opposite module as possible within the design rule constraints. The tracks are then moved in an opposite direction and the straightest segment to minimize jogs is chosen. Each track is then moved in the opposite direction and is moved as close to the straightest previous adjacent track as possible, within the design rule constraint.
