A system for generating customized patient billing communications includes software executing on a server which receives patient billing data indicative of a patient visit and further indicative of a balance. The software accesses a storage to determine patient visit context data indicative of one or more visit codes associated with the billing data. The software generates a communication for a user based on the patient visit context data with message content altered from a standard message based on the one or more visit codes, the communication including a bill for the balance and being a first communication to the user with the bill.

Intelligent patient billing communication platform for health services

A system allowing a user to efficiently locate and contact those individuals the user would like to communicate with and for collection of data about users to determine the best contact point to use at a particular time. The system monitors the data and may determine an individual's usage patterns in order to select or suggest contact points that are the best to contact a particular user at a particular time. The system may also allow for the routing of communications to particular contact points based on how the user receiving the communication would prefer to be contacted. The system allows for the single selection of an icon by an individual and automatically determines the contact point to contact the particular user. If further allows for the particular user to push out to others updated contact information.

Communications routing and contact updates

Provided is a system which allows a user to efficiently locate and contact those individuals the user would like to communicate with. The system can also collect or access data about users in order to determine the best contact point to use at a particular time. Some of the data may include information pertaining to a user's appointments, schedule, activities, location and/or contact point usage. The system can monitor the data and may determine an individual's usage patterns in order to select or suggest contact points that are the best to contact a particular user at a particular time. The system may also determine or receive settings that allow for the routing of communications to particular contact points based on how the user receiving the communication would prefer to be contacted. Further, the system may securely route sensitive communications and prevent or limit forwarding of the sensitive information.

At least one embodiment includes a method comprising receiving a request from a member associated with an organization, the request operable to select at least one application to be executed on at least one device, the at least one device configured to operate at least one service; receiving a device selection based on the at least one requested application; receiving a service selection based on the device selection; generating orders to one or more entities, the one or more entities operable to fulfill the device request, service selection, and the application selection; and procuring the at least one device, the at least one device being provisioned with the selected service and the selected application.

Systems and methods for streamlining the provisioning of wireless applications in an organization

Systems and methods for provisioning an electronic device for multiple services are disclosed herein. An exemplary embodiment, among others, of a provisioning method includes receiving a first request to procure a user device capable of operating under a plurality of service plans. The method also includes receiving a second request to provision the user device for operation under a first service plan and receiving a third request to provision the user device for operation under a second service plan. Also, the method includes coordinating the first request, second request, and third request to provision the user device under the first service plan and second service plan.

A system for managing service provider agreements, the system comprising a server, an agreements database accessible by the server, the agreements database having stored thereon contracted performance data indicative of minimum service performance required by at least one service provider agreement, a user preferences database accessible by the server, the preferences database having stored thereon user preference data indicative of a user specified maximum allowable deviance from the minimum service performance, a performance measurement module in communication with the server; the performance measurement module gathering actual performance data indicative of actual service performance and a variance calculator in communication with the server, the variance calculator determining agreement conformity status by determining whether the actual system performance indicated by the actual service performance data corresponds with the minimum service performance indicated by the contracted performance data within the maximum allowable deviance indicated by the user preference data.
