A device for shielding a user from sunlight is disclosed herein. The device includes a clip portion, a shade portion, a connector piece, and an illuminating source located on an upper surface of the shade portion. The clip portion includes an elongate body, an upper side, and a lower side. The shade portion is adjustably coupled to the clip portion by the connector piece. The device is useful for providing a removable shade for connection with a brim of a hat that allows a user to adjust the shade in multiple directions to keep sunlight out of the user's eyes.

A handle is disclosed. The handle comprises a handgrip, having a top portion, a bottom portion and, opposing side portions joined to form a structure having an opening. A ball joint connected in series to the bottom portion and including a spheroid member nested in a socket member. A hinge joint connected in series to the ball joint and the bottom portion. The hinge joint including a connection axis having a first armature and a second armature. The first armature and the second armature are configured to pivot about the connection axis. A handle mate connected in series to the bottom portion, the ball joint, and the hinge joint. The handle mate comprising an arc configured to partially circumscribe a luggage handle. The handle mate including a retaining mechanism configured to retain the luggage handle nested in the arc.

Organosiloxane fluids containing polyfunctional silicon atoms are made by reacting a mixture of chlorosilanes containing a silane or disilane having at least 3 chlorine atoms with methanol in contact with certain quaternary ammonium halide catalysts. For example a fluid methylpolysiloxane was obtained by reacting a mixture of 30 weight percent methyltrichlorosilane and 70 weight percent dimethyldichlorosilane with methanol in contact with methyl pyridinium chloride.

Monoorganosiloxy containing siloxane fluids

A mixture of a hydroxyl endblocked polydimethylsiloxane, ethylpolysilicate, monoorganotriacetoxysilane, organotin carboxylate, an extending filler and organic solvent provides dispersions which cure to silicone elastomers at room temperature. These compositions have long storage life and can be made into compositions which are storable for extended periods of time in a single container if kept under substantially anhydrous conditions. These compositions can be prepared extrudable or sprayable, are pigmentable, have high strengths, and are readily prepared.
