Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method, a computer program product and a computing device for software test by wherein a computing device, wherein at least one virtual hardware component, each virtual hardware component simulating a behavior of a hardware component associated with a to-be-tested software, and testing the to-be-tested software based on the behavior simulated by the at least one virtual hardware component.

A method for fabricating a semiconductor structure includes providing a dielectric layer on a semiconductor substrate, forming an opening in the dielectric layer to expose a portion of the surface of the semiconductor substrate, forming a metal layer to fill up the opening, and removing the portion of the metal layer formed above the top surface of the dielectric layer by polishing. A metal oxide layer is formed on the surface of the metal layer after polishing. The method further includes removing the metal oxide layer from the top surface of the metal layer, forming a metal barrier layer on the top surface of the metal layer after the removal of the metal oxide layer to provide a more uniform thickness and a denser texture, and converting the metal barrier layer to a metal cap layer by introducing a silicon-containing gas onto a surface of the metal barrier layer.

An embodiment of an integrated stripline feed network for a linear antenna array comprises a power distribution network coupled to the linear antenna array; a feed signal input/output component coupled to the power distribution network; wherein the input/output component receives a feed signal and splits the feed signal for distributing to a plurality of antenna elements of the linear antenna array through the power distribution network. The integrated stripline feed network is configured to be integrated into a support body of the linear antenna array, wherein, the support body structurally supports the linear antenna array.
